1.Quality was terrible. 2. Their nail polishes are very old. 3. $35 for a pedicure that is only about 15 mins long. Tony, was not very pleasant and seemed annoyed that he had to work. There was no massaging like I would expect for a full pedicure. The service I got, I would consider it a polish change. 4. Also beware, if you want your toddler to get her nails painted. I got a pedicure and a manicure done a few days ago. Walked in service got me in, but greeting. I ask about getting gel polish and if I could see the colors they offer. To then hear "ya we do" and kept working on my feet. While she was working on my feet very short with me and not didn't even go into depth with the service I picked. (I got the most expensive one). I let it go and when it was time to do the manicure I asked again. For them to tell me "it's in the front if you want it". They expect me to get up and get it while 5 people weren't doing anything, doing their own nails, or on the phone. I told him I won't be doing that to which they got passive aggressive with me. I could tell they were racist. But I was willing to spend over $150+ tip. After that treatment and seeing the work of my nails a few days after I'm disgusted that I even stepped foot in there business. On top of it I called and they said they wouldn't do anything to help me since it wasn't Gel. So they know there nail polish is old and aren't fixing the issue. I asked Tony for a regular manicure with polish on my natural nails. Apparently this was the wrong thing to pick because my cuticles were pulled to the point of blood. I chose nude/tan color and when it was not quite right I asked for another coat or another color. I presented this photo to Tony and asked what color should I pick to get this result. He waived me off and said I don't know go pick a color from the wall. I was ready to end the service then but I was with my two daughters who were having gel sets. 2/3 of us ended up with bloody cuticles and with less than what we were hoping for. read more

I've been going here for years, and I've finally decided I will not return. Binny has done my nails for the last handful of times. He is beyond rude. Zero communication. I like the way he does my nails, so I've put up with his horrible behavior, but no more. He never smiles, doesn't talk, shoves my hands to let me know how he wants me to move them, etc. He's very nasty if I ask one question. On top of that, no one is really friendly. The man who painted my mothers nails was very rude when she didn't know the color was gonna be more opaque then nudey pinkish, When she asked to get a new color he got upset and had a attitude proceeding to bash her in front of her face and talk badly about her, She pulled up a insporation photo and asked for help and he told her he coulnt help her and told her to look at the wall, That moment on the vibe was off we stopped laughing and having fun and more just wanted to leave. My sister had asked for french tips and she had left with about half the nail as the tip of the french tip, I struggle with picking my nails and my cuticles are almost fully off but the lady continued to hack at my nails causing my fingers to bleed. I was in town for business and wanted a pedicure. The first two places I called were booked but Rose said come on in. There was only 1 person there...should have taken that as a sign. Worst French pedicure I've received. First, he messed up one toe then just applied more polish on top. Which we all know what happens when the polish is too thick. It ends up smushing. So, a lady "fixed" it. It looked ok. A week later my nails are looking like it's been a month. Usually when I get a good French manicure it can last a month before looking old. Sigh. read more

When you enter, the smell is really strong. There's no ventilation and I'm getting a headache just sitting here. Speaking of just sitting here, I made an appointment for 5pm and have been sitting for 20 minutes with no end in sight. I also just heard a technician take a phone call for a pedicure and told them to come in 20 minutes with 2 of us currently sitting here waiting for pedicures. I usually go to my normal place in Hannibal but was short on time and decided to try out this place since my normal place is 30 minutes away. I regret it. The lady that did my nails made my nails all uneven & my thumbs looks like a wavy hwy, didn't even cover my full nails with the polish and they are longer than I asked for. Within a week, the color started to fade and instead of a pretty tan color, my nails are turning into an ugly brown color. I literally paid $55 for the worse nail work I've ever had. Lesson learned, will not stray from Lovely Nails again. :-( read more

This is by far the worst nail service in Quincy. Truly these people are scam artists. I received a gift certificate for $50.00 and went online to book the appointment. At the end of my appointment they informed me that they no longer accept gift certificates even though the website accepted it and gave a confirmation code. I ended up having to pay the full price. I am extremely disappointed that Quincy has allowed this establishment to continue to stay open. read more

The first time I got them done Benny did them. They were very nice and he did a great job. The second time a woman did mine and I would tell her what I wanted and she would nod and do it wrong. I didn't Learn til the end she didn't speak english. They started popping off after 6 days. I was able to pull them off before even two weeks. First time good second awful. read more

Dissapointed because I took my little sister to get her first acrylic manicure yesterday (she's 13) and there was a middle aged man that did a horrible job on her nails. He put the polish on way too thick and it was still smushing/denting 3 1/2 hours after we left. It was also done very sloppy and he didnt get the edges of her nails. He also ran into her fingers with the dremel three times on the same finger and made her bleed (she's sat very still so it wasn't that). When I brought it to the ladies attention at the end when we were checking out she said she would fix it but my sister got Matte black polish and the woman touched up the edges with shiny black polish so it looked worse. We were still charged full price. I'm just really upset because I wanted her to have a good first experience and now I don't think she'll be very willing to go get manicures together again :( P.S. the man that did her nails was not Benny, Benny always does great work. I have always had GREAT service at this salon! Also enjoy the friendliness of staff & relaxing atmosphere.

I have very mixed feelings about this place. At first, I loved them. Then I started consistantly getting and older gentleman who rushed through my pedicures often forgetting or simply omitting things like exfoliating scrub, hot towels or would rush through or put zero effort into his calf massage. I've also been cut once. If I get the younger nail techs I receive excellent service. I have never received a pedi from Rose herself but she is a very pleasant person. My advice, hold out for the younger tech's and you won't be disappointed. read more

i used to really love going here, until the most recent time. a younger gentleman worked on my nails and did so carelessly. when i asked him to fix it he said it was fine and walked off, i asked his wife Tiffany to fix them and she fixed one nail. i pointed out the flaws on the rest (which was almost all of my nails) and she said it looked fine. the nail polish did not go to the end of my nail bed it looked like i had had my nails done for 2 weeks already. he didn't cut my own nails before applying acrylic when i asked him to do so, and he did not paint all of my nail he missed the sides completely. on top of all of this he bumped my nails on his own hand and acknowledged it, then proceeded to do nothing about it. i would attach a photo, however, i already got them redone because of the awful job Rose Nail did.
