From what I was able to gather, again, you're STILL making excuses and forcing me to like and accept the service when it was by far the worst I've ever had. You're not going to bully me or force me to like the experience. You can keep trying though. I will continue to share my 100% HONEST opinion and experience, which was really bad and never ended as you continue to bully me online. I was bullied by you at your salon. You keep saying your the best, good for you but what does that have to do with me? Apparently in my opinion you suck at nails. Period. Many of your customers don't think you're good either. I honestly had ppl warn me from going to your salon, but you were the only one open Sunday. I thought maybe I'll have a different experience, but I didn't! I had the same experience as them, and they were right about you. You are a bully to your customers, and Yelp should stop you from bullying your customers online. You and your husband are not good at doing nails. You left the paint running under my nails. I had ppl thinking I had blood stains. I saw several women look upset too after their nail service that day. And you know it, because I saw you go and attempt to fix the mistakes, but they still walked out looking disappointed. I think it's bad parenting in my opinion to see parents not caring to protect their children from COVID-19 as you had a baby and a 5 year old running around, around strangers without a mask. I also think its inappropriate to allow your children to listen to dirty music that blur the N-word, P***Y, B-word and along other sexual content. The woman doing my nails left the paint dripping on the inside. She argued when I told her about it, before she finally proceeded to scrape at the inside, leaving it looking three times worse than before. When confronted about it again, she copped a huge attitude and tried to make me look like a fool in front of the other customers, which is highly ignorant and unprofessional. This woman's name is Kitty. Avoid her and this place like the plague. In addition to the horrid job they did on my nails, they don't maintain a comfortable atmosphere in the place. They had a television playing music videos, with cuss words and sexual comments blaring from it every 30 seconds. That's not appropriate for adults, let alone the two small children that were present in the place. Save your money and go somewhere else. If you can't do a good job, then refund the person! Don't make excuses for your actions. Admit you made a mistake, either fix it or refund them. It's that simple. Would you pay $65 for nails that you didn't ask for? For nails that has red paint underneath your nails like blood stains? Should I just say oh ok and accept your crappy nail job like an idiot and walk away? Either give the customer what they asked for or don't take their money, because you didn't earn it. I can see you doing that because you've been aggressive the second I saw you. I find it funny that the owners sit by the computer watching the comment list and attacking everyone sharing that they had a bad experience. I also find it funny that it looks like (I don't know for sure) that Kitty has her family members writing good reviews to balance out the bad ones. It was my first time getting my nails done at Nail It Salon Spa, and it's safe to say I have a new nail salon. Aside from the fact that everything is cruelty free and organic, they have a wide array of the best color options I've seen at any salon, the staff are super friendly and down to earth, they offer you complimentary drinks (water, coffee, wine, and CHAMPAGNE, etc), and they do an amazing job!!! I'm very picky with my nails, and Kitty truly exceeded my expectations. Lastly, the owners were there the whole time, checked on all of the customers regularly, and clearly had a great relationship and similar vibe and sweet friendly energy as the staff! read more

This place is so pretty and smells great. We were a walk-in and the nice receptionist was able to fit my sister and I in to get our nails done. We did not need to wait long. Proceeded to our nail techs which were great! They both were so professional and perfectionist. For sure an experience I have never done before but this place for sure is my new nail spot, I think next time though I will have make an appointment because I really wanted their version of arcylic nails because I never just paint my nails without shaping them longer But its ok I still like my short healthy nails!!! I have been going to Nail It for a year and a half or so and this is by far my favourite nail place in the city! Kitty is my favourite, not only is she the sweetest but her work is impeccable and consistent. I never have to worry about nails being crooked, bumpy or uneven...I've had so many botched nails from other places in the city. She's very gentle and for some reason my nails from her NEVER break or lift which is a problem I've had with other nail techs. Thank you Kitty! You are amazing! read more

Definitely the best Nail Spa I've been to so far! I had Kitty work on my mani/pedi and the experience was really relaxing and the girls here are very professional and friendly. All of their products are organic which is a huge plus and the color selection here is amazing! They also offer you complimentary wine. I know a lot of the other reviews noted it was on the pricier end but I think for the overall experience it is totally worth it. Will definitely be back for some self-pampering again! read more

My first experience at this new nail store was amazing! Kitty did my gel manicure and I was beyond satisfied with the results. She was so detailed and thorough with cleaning and doing my nails which I loved because most of the past nail bars I've been to usually rushed and I would leave the place unhappy. Getting a manicure is one of the things I do for myself, so why not go to a place you feel particularly good about? My nails had all broken in the past week and looked dry and terrible.
