I get it, large locations costs lots of overhead but there is zero social distancing here which also means that require / give you a mask. If you have any kind of conversation regardless if it's which color to pick or about your ingrown toenail, we're all involved zero privacy. Then they don't turn anyone away which means you may be left while they go tend to someone else. I was left alone so long the second time my hot pedicure towels got cold. I was there for hour 1.5 for a simple pedicure. Lastly probably the most annoying... At one point they opened the door so we got to enjoy all the road noise for about an hour. I'm not saying I wouldn't go back but I will definitely be shopping around or at least will make an appointment in advance next time.

I requested gel and that's not what I got, even after saying something multiple times. They are also super thick and uneven and I had asked for them to be fixed but I got tired of having to ask and gave up. 200 dollars later and im ready to remove them now. Went in to get a pedicure for a wedding I have this week. They got me in quickly but did a very…read morerushed job. The clear coat came out streaky and they put way too much of it on so it looked bubbly and uneven. I asked the lady to fix it but she eventually said it was running everywhere because I didn't have my foot flat enough. She also missed the edges of my nails and didn't file them straight. My feet look worse then what I came in with. Needless to say I will not be coming back here and will redo them myself before the wedding.
