I chalked it up to he had a bad day; I'm not typically one to complain and the older man who did my hands at the same time with a sweet tattoo on his right arm was extremely nice and talked to me the entire time. I was really happy with my mani, however, I went jet skiing Saturday, 7/5 less than a week later and three of my nails were falling off? For $100 I expect shellac to last longer than a week... that's honestly really expensive for a weeks worth of nails. I have only gone to perfect nails since they opened but after this experience I will not be back. I'm extremely disappointed with the value.
