With my shadow box underneath like a burgundy color that I wanted but after she did my underneath she never went back and took the dye off my neck! I had to go back in the next day after I noticed it when I get home. Who takes bleach and rubs it all over roots when all I wanted was highlights!? Omg they do not know what they are doing here!!! The entire time she kept asking another girl what to do after she told me she's been doing hair for 7 years!! Who has to ask someone the next step every time when they have been doing hair for 7 years! That should of been my first indication to get up and leave!!! So after she rubs the bleach all over my roots and put a Walmart bag over my head and puts me under the dryer she rinses me out and of course I look like a giraffe I had to tell her I wasn't happy so she goes and asks the other girl what to do and here she comes with the bleach again!!! And for round number two puts it all over my head and put the Walmart bag over my head and back under the dryer I go and she goes out to smoke as I sit there and my head was sooo itchy and burning!! She comes back in and I let her know my head is burning and she says oh is it!? I'm sorry and starts to walk away!!! The other girl said if she's burning go ahead and wash her... like hello she was seriously going to leave me under there!!!! She washes me and asks me if I want my hair dried!? Like yeah of course I do! Why would I walk out of this place with Wet hair!? She didn't even dry it all the way! I could not believe it!!!! Then a week later I had to go get my hair fixed!!!
