Case and point; this past Valentine's Day I ordered a bouquet that looked beautiful online.  I bought with confidence because not only has the business been one I've ordered from before (and been pleased with), but the site clearly stated that the pic I was viewing was a "standard size", and for the price, it looked like a good deal.  So imagine my surprise and disappointment when I received a pic of my order from my girlfriend and the bouquet was noticeably smaller and nowhere near what the website advertised in regards to their "standard size".  Since I'm normally not one to complain about such things, I made sure I brought my concerns to a few friends and fellow coworkers who assured me my complaints were not only valid, but a few of them had also had similar experiences and have since taken their business elsewhere. I then reached out to the owners directly to let them know of my concerns and have yet to hear a response, which was even more disappointing.  I too work for a local business where I also receive occasional complaints and always make sure I address them, even if the end result may not be what the customer wants to hear.  But I always make sure they know they've been heard and that I truly do want to help even if it's not within my ability to do so.  I just wish this particular business shared that mindset.
