She showed us a few places, got to know us and what we liked better and then totally surprised us. She showed us a place that, initially, we would have totally swiped left on. But after looking at it, we fell in love and now can happily say we are home owners in NYC. If you're looking for a home in NYC, definitely consider Cindy. Michele helped our family sell our 50 year old home in Jamaica Queens. We ended up being in the…read moremarket for less than a couple of months. From helping us establish a price that was reflective of the market, neighborhood and economic market conditions, to advertising open houses to arranging vendor services to stage, clean and prepare the house for showing to final walk-through, Michele guided this first time home seller through the process. She was prepared for EVERYTHING and ANYTHING that came our way. Simple AMAZING. We emphasized we valued finding a buyer we could work with versus the highest price to ensure we had a great experience. Michele was able to help us evaluate buyers who were playing games (would chop price at appraisal or final walk through) to get us a buyer with no drama from offer to walk through to closing. She made everything happen so smoothly and what could have been a stressful experience, Michele made it look easy. The offer we accepted was less than 5% difference from the highest offer which we knew would have ended up lower after they played games. She could see right through their high number offers and games right away. She shared the offer with us as she is obligated too, explained the ENTIRE process and where they could lower the price. She went back to the buyers and got several counteroffers and we choose the best situation for our family together with Michele. We had hearty discussions about the offers, timing in the market to her assessment of the buyers and we were thrilled with her insight, foresight and expertise. In the end we settled with a buyer with a complicated closing due to them needing to sell another property first but she made it all happen, coordinating with the selling agent and keeping all of our expected closing dates on track. The best thing and probably the hardest thing to find when working with somebody is we had complete TRUST in Michele, her experience and process. She listened to our concerns, was willing to work with us in some areas without any ego, agenda or intention outside of helping us navigate a very complicated process. We 100% recommend Michele and expect to work with her again next time we have a real estate transaction.

After hearing about our friend's experience, my wife and I decided to reach out to Lily Tran to sell our Queens co-op. From the very first interaction, we knew that we were in good hands. She is very knowledgeable about the real estate market and gave us a fair assessment of the apartment. Lily and her team was hands on with helping us get our place staged for photos so the online listing would draw some interest. We didn't expect much but we were blown away with the photos and the ultimate listing (including the description). Though it took several weeks of open houses and showing, the end result was Lily was able to sell our co-op (it happened to be a time where the real estate market was on the downturn due to rising interest rates). We were kept up to speed every step of the way, Lily was in constant communication with us at every step and made us feel at ease. Since we had such a wonderful experience, we also utilized Lily's company to help us buy our next home. Michelle was our realtor. She was patient and was very knowledgeable with the Queens real estate market. She took the time to understand our needs and setup appointments with prospective properties. After many months of looking, we were finally able to close on our new home with Michelle's help. Thanks so much Lily, Michelle, Cindy, Jade and team!

Unfortunately judging by Trans response to my previous review she has missed the point and…read moredemonstrates exactly how she conducts her business : by blaming and making excuses. It became extremely evident that the minute we changed to a different realtor we were able to sell the property within one month and for the price we wanted. We had a much better personal, to the point, one on one communication without the nonsense redundant spam emails and had no issue with open houses. Its all smoke and mirrors. You are lucky that your careless realtor did not break the 2k AC unit. It's never wise to push any electronics to the limit. You are responsible if you break it. Just a friendly reminder. A good salesperson would never say the things she did. It's always better to accept your mistakes and see if you can do better in the future. This way, at least I could recommend you to others but I cannot due to your lack of effort and acknowledgement. Having too much pride is not the best way to improve business. If anyone in the area is looking for a good realtor please feel free to DM for info, I'm happy to recommend a good sales person. Lily Tran, I would never hire you or your team or recommend your business to anyone. Sorry.

My experience with Tammy was nothing but great. I just moved over from Sydney, Australia and it was…read moremy first experience trying to find an apartment in New York. I had only two weeks left in my temporary residence and Tammy went above and beyond to get me into a new place in that time frame. Due to work I was only able to see apartments in the evening and on weekends and Tammy was very accommodating in showing me apartments that fit in my schedule even on a Friday night. Tammy took the time to really know and understand my requirements. As she showed me apartments she would take the time to work out what I liked and didn't like about it helping her narrow the choices of the next apartments to show me. There was a point she showed me an apartment that I really liked and I wanted to apply for but due to my lack of US credit history as I had only moved to the US the building requirements didn't fit my situation. Tammy looked into and talked me through all available options to get me into that apartment but unfortunately I was unable to meet the buildings requirements. Even after this hiccup Tammy persisted in working with me to get me into a new apartment in the time frame I had. On our last outing I saw two apartments I liked. The first place I thought was really nice and it was exactly the place I was looking for. The second place still had all the amenities I was looking for but wasn't as nice as the first one but it had significant lower price point. Thinking about my budget I opted for the second place and let Tammy know. Tammy, knowing that I really wanted the first place negotiated the rent down with a longer lease and also got the building to pay for a percentage of the broker fee. This was definitely a really nice surprise and I was able to get the place I really wanted. At first I didn't really understand the reason of why someone would use a broker but my experience with Tammy really showed me the value of using one. Tammy definitely went above and beyond to help me get a place in the time I had but even more so a place that I really wanted. She showed determination and persisted in working with me even though I was being very picky and had issues with meeting all the requirements of some buildings. Most of all I didn't feel like I was working with someone that was just doing their job, I definitely felt like I was working with someone that really wanted to help me find a new home. I highly recommend working with Tammy to help you find your new home.
