I put the Ck in the mail the day I got home. He was supposed to come repair the damage and did come and threw a 3 year old temper tantrum over pressure washing that he sad he would do in a text to me, telling me I was a liar ... I sent him a copy of the text ... that really bruised his ego! The work is not professional, the damage when they painted in the rain is being redone, paint all over my windows outside. I have hired a real professional to repaint and clean up the mess they left. While from a human standpoint I feel badly for them, they seem so overwhelmed they can't function and are complaining to anyone who will listen how awful their clients are and how hard life is /they don't understand the idea of taking responsibility for your own actions, they feed off self victimization--let alone what professional work or behavior is (though he will yell at you at the top of his lungs how awesome he is) I have heard from a member of his team, apologizing to me...that says a lot right there!
