No trip to the Netherlands is complete without getting a delicious pancake. The restaurant that has…read moreserves my favorite pannekoek was closed for a couple of week for the holidays, but lucky for me they have a sister restaurant that services pancakes just like theirs! I ordered a ham and cheese pancake and it was divine! The pancakes are large however, and I could not eat it all. So, I did something very American and requestied a to-go box, and they actually had one! It was a win all aorund. I look forward to going back.
