Way over priced for the materials and work time (1 man 1 day 1 1/2 boxes of laminate) $1600!!!! Never caulked, no 1/4 round which was paid for...a lower riser was done which wasn't suppose to be!!! We called and talked to Brian, he sent his guy the next day to fix and finish it. He caulk wood flooring with white caulk and put 1/4 round every where there was a right angle, so raw edges (cut at an angle) everywhere!! It looks like hell!! Not to mention the side of the stairs were all tore up, need to be sanded and repainted! We called brian again and he said he would come out and look and take care of whatever problems there are... we are still waiting for him to show up, it's been many months!!!! The floor has come up in several areas, and even though we are constantly assured they will make it right, it continues to get worse with no resolution. Phone calls aren't even being returned anymore. Stuck with a $5K floor that we're going to have to pull up and probably cover with carpet. And the floor is only 3 years old!
