The floor has come up in several areas, and even though we are constantly assured they will make it right, it continues to get worse with no resolution. Phone calls aren't even being returned anymore. Stuck with a $5K floor that we're going to have to pull up and probably cover with carpet. And the floor is only 3 years old!
