We have not had time to call you as we have had a death in the family. At the same time attempting to just clean some of the mess you left, such as extremely dirty sinks, counters, floors, etc. these are items that we can get the paint off because it appears this is where you and your crew rinsed your paint supplies and dripped the wet items across. Now to the actual paint drippings that we CAN'T get off so easily! Such as on our furniture, our REAL hardwood floor, our carpets, our televisions, our surround sound speakers, our molding that was supposed to be "touched up" plain white that is now Navajo white, our granite and marble, and so on and so forth. Then let's talk about the holes you were supposed to fill and then paint but didn't you just painted over - I even specifically discussed and pointed one out to you the day before you said you were done and you said you would double check all of them. You told me when you gave me the estimate you would take all the nails and window treatments down if we forgot any "not to worry", nope you painted over them. Also you told me not to worry about the furniture you and your crew would move it and cover it and move it back. Don't know if you covered it because most of our furniture has paint splatters! You did move some because we have a beautiful chip in our study wall right in the fresh paint where you and your crew moved our bookcase back, it's obvious, can't miss it! You did take SOME outlet covers off but now I find some are not only not put back on, but they have DISAPPEARED!!! Oh but you want to know the best part!! You and your crew didn't finish corners or based or tops of walls and in particular didn't even finish a wall! So when we go to move and we take our big TV down the new owners get to see a Navajo white wall with a BIG AQUA PATCH WHERE THE TV WAS AND THE SOUND BAR FOR THE SOUND EQUIPMENT!!! Why didn't you ask!!! Why didn't you tell us!! You know who found it? My 14 year old daughter!!! So to say the least, terrible job! You need to fix the job you did although I don't know I dare have you back in our house! And what about our Counters, sinks, Furniture, floors, carpets!!! We want answers!! We will be posting this to every rating site possible, we do have pictures of everything! We now see you took your review of you off your Facebook page and feel it is very important for the community to know the work you did at our home. Was dark when done so left voice mail and text him several times to come out to check it. Gave yr warranty. Never responded. Then 3 months later I text him as turned into credit card but wanted to give another chance. Told me wasn't necessary to come out. Never mentioned tree. Told me no money no vehicle and couldn't come out anyways. Told me if anymore bats would get for me. Well got myself. His warranties are worthless. He took my 1000 dollars without a problem. DO NOT have him do any work for you.

I was quoted for trim I didn't get that.. I did offer less money but I am not happy with the end results. They left on a Friday I only had cold water until they could return on Monday. I do not recommend them. If you choose them go over every detail that you want or don't want. ​

My experience with Bath Planet has been an unenjoyable one. I did end up with a shower and floor…read moreinstalled working and looking good but not without its troubles. - A salesman came to my house to help pick out color, designs and things of that nature. Pretty standard stuff you would expect from a sales visit, but the salesmen went on to describe the installation process that turned out to be inaccurate. He also said the workers would be able to do some other things and not charge me while they did the floor installation. This issue turned into a massive issue because there were no notes about it anywhere. So it became an "I was told" situation with no proof. The owner did try to make it as right as possible and I do appreciate it. - the first day they installed the floor. I came home to inspect after work. the floor was shifting in spots. Out of curiosity I pulled back a few pieces and found the installers had cut pieces of cardboard from the cardboard box the vinyl planks came in and used that to try to level the floor under the planks. The next day I called the owner who came over and after taking a look and having a discussion he again made it right by pulling the floor up and having it installed properly. If I had not noticed the cardboard, the cardboard would be under my floor right now. - At this point I had become very worried about the installation and would check in on the workers periodically throughout the day. I do want to thank Mike who came in on the second day. Mike was amazingly patient and communicative. He walked me through the process and helped me feel at ease knowing he was going to do a good job. Mike who's professional nature and the owner trying his best to make things right are what saved this experience. - The shower and floor look good. The shower doesn't leak and the floor is flat. If you decide to choose Bath Planet I would suggest that anything that salesman says you make them write it down! - It is my opinion Bath Planet is not worth the price and would not use again.
