I learned that I could paint and do various arts and crafts to ground myself. They completely wasted my time. Corrine (not sure if that's how you spell it) had told me she would verify my benefits when I asked if this facility accepts my insurance and proceeds to call my provider for something that's not there. I had said I have a therapy referral and she proceeds to lie to me and tell me that it's all I need to attend the IOP program here. Why waste my time? I need help from a mental health provider. I don't need my time wasted. She then transfers me to the medical benefits line (?) to get the NPI number. I get transferred, ask for the number, get questioned a few times why I need it, get placed on hold, and then get told Chase will call me back. What's up with you guys? If you don't know transfer to someone who does. That alone was extremely off putting.
