I called in All Gutters Express for a second estimate to put gutters on our home. I am so glad I…read moredid because they saved us a ton of money and got the job done FAST! I called in the morning on a Friday and had Pablo at my house that same afternoon. Pablo gave us a fair assessment of what we needed. In other words, he didn't sell us more just to make an extra buck. Pablo gave us the pricing right then and there. To our surprise, they ended up having all the necessary materials in stock and were able to come back the very next day to install!! Talk about a quick turnaround. I am so happy with the level of service and would recommend them over and over again.

We started our project and then I changed my mind on the design (so glad I did) and then the city shut down. While the city was shut down, Jon continuously kept us in the loop as to what was going on with our project. Finally once the city opened back up again, he contacted us immediately to let us know they were ready as soon as we were. Strange times we live in but once we opened back up, we were back in business. We were able to get our screen up in a couple of days. The guys that came out were knowledgeable, courteous, and very respectful. During this entire process, the communication was open and frequent. I was very pleased with the finally result and I would work Jon and L.A. Construction all over again. FYI-if the owner reads this, I think Jon should get a raise. Haha but seriously he should. The amount of times I asked him questions and he handled things, I truly believe he is an asset to the company!

I had an urgent need to take care of mowing two rental properties that are adjoined and a deadline that I could not find anyone to meet due to all the rain. Tyler himself came out today after I'm sure already a long week and workday on his own and knocked it all down in less than an hour. I am so impressed. I've always known that they have done good work since I've known his parents as well, but you can tell the caliber of the company based on the character of its leaders. So this is my public shout out to Landscape Improvements and specifically to Tyler. I know this. The good companies are busy. And he still found a way, not an excuse, to make it happen. Much appreciation and respect my brother.

Amendment to previous review:…read more After contacting them regarding my 7" long grass (the day after a service call) and complaining about the blobs of grass clippings laying in flower beds and on the lawn itself I was told that it was too expensive to remediate the problem before their next service call. Also, that my grass was too long to cut (they have been taking care of it for some time), that they blow all of the grass clippings away (including, apparently, some previously unknown to me rocks), and that it was too expensive to come back before their next scheduled service call. When I pointed out that my grass was too long because they weren't cutting it I was told that they had been using a weed eater because their mower did not fit into the space. I asked how they might resolve the problem going forward and was told that they would bring their push mower next time. This was the final straw in what had become a continuously degrading situation with both quality of work, communication, and billing. (I have never received an invoice or even text reminding me to pay them, I just Venmo when I am was aware that they had come.) They seem like decent enough guys but their lack of professionalism and poor quality results have forced me to look elsewhere.
