Two professionals indicated the issue appeared related to the gutter or downspout installation. I provided photos, documentation, and outside professional input, but the matter was not resolved to my satisfaction. There is no reason for a homeowner to create a dispute like this without cause. In my view, the installation created problems, damage followed, and the service did not match what I expected from a premium product. The company did not provide the accountability or resolution I expected, and I am now suing them. That lawsuit is a matter of public record, and anyone considering hiring this company should review it before making a decision. Based on my experience, I would not hire them again.

We were able to get everything taken care of in the same week, it looks great and is exactly what we wanted. The installers did fantastic work, and also very nice. A couple of weeks ago, we had bad thunderstorms blow through with bursts of very high winds. We had two pieces that came down. I called CJS and John (who was very nice and professional) took one look and told us, "No problem!" He called me the next day and informed us that someone would be out to fix the area the SAME day!
