While Rooted Wood presents itself as a local Wyoming company, they are actually just a sweatshop in Turkey shipping low-grade products overseas. They will send you broken, poorly made goods and then state that you can only get your money back if you ship them back to Turkey (which will cost you roughly the price of the product!) OR you can have a discount on more future products! The reviews on their website are totally made up (if you watch carefully some of the names are clearly not real people and obviously made up by someone who isn't local to the US). read more

When we went in they had an impressive showroom and we ended up finding the chair we liked but not the color we wanted. Upon review we decided to order the chair in the color we wanted. They told us that one had actually been ordered two weeks prior so instead or 5-7 weeks, we were looking at 3-5 weeks. Today is week 4 and I had called to check the status to find out that the chair has not even shipped yet. Ship date is now two weeks from today with another 2 weeks for actual shipping time. When the difference in shipping estimate and actual arrival is over a month, I'd call that excessive. Nice staff, nice showroom, but if time is at all a consideration, maybe consider a two hour drive to Billings or Casper.

I say little but the inventory they have is better than what I saw in the big box newly opened pet store. I found healthy made (not in China) treats, dog beds, leashes, booties for bigger dogs.
