Ralph seems to have been doing this type of work forever and he knows his business. Last year he fixed our washing machine. This week it was our dishwasher. Both times he worked quickly, cleanly, and only did what was needed to get things fixed - he didn't do any unnecessary work or say we needed parts that we didn't need or anything like that. If there's a simple fix, he'll find it. If you have an appliance on the fritz, Ralph is the man.

This place is advertising FALSELY. They are not a dry cleaning facility…read more I have taken in 3 items there to be dry cleaned. Two of the items were custom wool area rugs and the third was a 100% cotton full size mattress pad. The rugs came back shrunk. ( I had to cut their pads smaller to fit) . They took them back to try to "stretch" them to no avail. The mattress pad was also shrunk. It was taken in as a virgin pad (had not been washed or dry cleaned before). It was still warm in a plastic bag when I went to pick it up. I was told by a local experienced seamstress/quilter that they are steam cleaning, not dry cleaning items because they are not using chemicals.
