Someone finally asked who I was waiting for. I told her Jennifer Pratts. She looked confused and left. Several minutes later, another woman came to tell me she's the Director of the center and that Jennifer was out. At this point, I had been waiting 30 minutes. I told her that I planned my whole day around this appointment and asked why no one had contacted me. She just said, "I'm happy to hear your perspective. We'll call you later this week. Bye." What!?!? This place sends several messages letting you know the fee for not showing up for an appt is $125, but they don't even offer an apology or explanation when they miss their own appts. Terrible, terrible service. Hours later, I got an email message from Jennifer Pratts letting me know she doesn't even work there any more. I can't believe their office scheduled an appt for me to meet with someone who doesn't work there. AVOID this place!
