No service rendered, no flexibility offered, no attempt to do the right thing. That tells me everything I need to know. This is a business that values squeezing $80 out of a customer over showing even minimal decency. Short-sighted, tone-deaf, and not the kind of people I'll ever do business with again. Enjoy the $80.
