Rachael Gossett, PT, DPT, SEP – Root & Ember Physical Therapy, Colorado Springs
At Root & Ember Physical Therapy, I provide personalized, one-on-one care for people dealing with pelvic floor conditions, chronic pain, orthopedic injuries, and postural or movement challenges. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner, I blend traditional physical therapy with a nervous system–aware approach, helping clients restore function, reduce pain, and regain confidence in their bodies.
I specialize in: pelvic floor dysfunction (including prolapse and incontinence), prenatal and postpartum recovery, low back, hip, neck, and shoulder pain, headaches and dizziness, bowel health, and recovery after surgery, injury, or trauma. I work with clients whose symptoms may be influenced by both musculoskeletal issues and stress or trauma-related protective patterns.
At my Colorado Springs clinic, care is cash-based with direct access, meaning no referral is required. Sessions are 50-90 minutes, allowing time for assessment, hands-on treatment, exercise instruction, and education. I focus on collaborative care, making sure clients understand why we are doing each technique or exercise and how it supports their goals.
