I give this shop 5 stars, Here is why! My 3 year old son suffers from extreme PTSD from former barber shops & kids theme hair cut businesses. They either cut him or caused extreme stress! We were to the point, we thought we'd have to see our son with long hair lol. We finally found this shop, Juan to be exact and we were AND still are, super pleased! Our son feels safe and happy and we can actually get through a full hair cut without extreme crying lol Juan plays/jokes with him, during the hair cut, which distracts his worries and helps him cope with his past traumas. It's annoying enough to carve time out of my schedule every week to get a cut, let alone having to wait another hour once you get there. However, they recently implemented a policy that requires you to put your credit card on file to make an appointment. I got in a car accident on my way to my appointment with Gil. They charged my card $30 for missing the appointment even though I called right after the accident to let them know what happened. I even called the manager who I believe is named Juan and asked them to refund the $30. Incredibly, they refused. It was super messed up. I guess losing a long-term customer is worth holding on to $30 for these guys. read more
