In the initial walkthrough, they walk me through the issue and showed me why the issue was happening. Also told me about other concerns but wasn't trying to upsell me on doing more repairs than what I wanted which I appreciated. After I decided to go with them, Saul was able to get me on the schedule quickly and always communicated if there were any hiccups. The job was finished in about 6 hours. At the end, Saul and Dad was able to show me pictures of the work and provide a portfolio of the job at the end. They came to do the job when I was at work and threw away all of my gutter covers. They then tried to charge me to replace the gutter covers that they threw away. This all on top of all but one small run being extremely worse than before they replaced them.
