(We had already paid $13,000, 40% due up front) We had to be consistently diligent about getting them out to get the job done before the ground froze. Found pipes that were not soldered just placed inside the heater and don't really know the person who came out was a plumber in fact. I would never use this company again. I figured Michael G. the president of Valley plumbing would come back with a lame excuse. So, for my edification I called two different plumbing companies with two different plumbers, Veterans Plumbing, and KB Plumbing. I asked them to tell me where the water on the floor was coming from. Both independent plumbers agreed on the same issue that there was a crack inside the tank and when the water was hot enough the crack opened up and the water would leak. Also, both companies indicated that this Brock White had rust inside, is this reasonable for a new water tank, I don't think so. I will see you in Court
