Bought an out of state vehicle and requested that my title be sent to my local tag shop ADL tags in…read morehazelton pa. Weeks later ADL Claims they didn't get the tags but the dealer said it was sent and had a tracking number. I called them and I told them my name and ask if they received the title for my car. ADL QUICKLY said no I haven't received it no let me look or what car was that for or what dealership nothing g just brushed me off with a not yet. I don't know what type of hoop and scoop operation is ADL doing but they lost my trust in them will no longer do business with them forget about it. Now another thing was the dealer I got the car from said that lady was a crook. I guessing the old lady from ADL. But what do I know I just want my car registered. Be careful doing business with them. Prior to this if I had title on hand no issue. So I can't put all the blame on them.
