I bought my wedding dress from a boutique that did not do alterations. I didn't trust anyone to do…read moremy alterations. I found Wedding Dreams online and they were amazing! They were able to fit me in, even though my wedding was coming up in 4 months. They did multiple fittings and even helped me finding the perfect vail. I live 2 hours away and the staff were so kind to take me after hours and accommodated me if I was in town sooner. The team at wedding dreams treated me and my mother like family. The price was reasonable considering my gown was full of beading. They also included a bustle that was seamless to the gown. Wedding dreams did a wonderful job making my bosom secure in my sweetheart neckline. I highly recommend. Overall, a wonderful experience.

My daughter has struggled with sensory issues her entire life that make certain situations challenging. After finding the perfect dress she was so excited to try it on and show her friends. We struggled in the dressing room because I couldn't figure out how to help her get it on and she ended up stuck at one point. Long story short when we finally got the dress on I couldn't figure out how to lace the back and reached out to the associate for guidance. She flat out refused to help stating "No I don't want to go in there". My daughter was brought to tears and of course the 3 girls refused to buy the dresses they all wanted out of principal. It pains me that in 2026 this is how people treat others with disabilities.

How could every single dress designer not have a long flowy dress in aqua. She handed me some green swatches not even close to aqua, needless to say it wasn't what I wanted so I ended up going elsewhere. The woman was very nice, but was more concerned with selling a piece on dress than attending to someone wanting to buy 6 dresses. It's a shame because there is a big selection, just not up to date on popular colors or trends.

The woman who came to help us was extremely rude and not helpful. She insinuated that the dresses that my sister was looking at would not fit her and did not even let her try them on. She acted as if we weren't paying customers and our business was unwelcome. If she's doing that well, good for her but with that kind of customer service I highly doubt it. Needless to say her rude comments and treatment of my teenage sister were uncalled for, unjustified, and were absolutely discriminatory. Ladies, please don't support this kind of body shaming!
