Now, how many barber shops will take an appointment, no more waiting an hr to get your hair cut. Not to mention that this was probably one of the best haircuts I have ever received, especially for a barber shop. You come in, sit back and relax in a very comfortable lounge area or go straight to your barber. All the barbers here take their time with each cut and it doesn't feel rushed like most barbershops with long lines. Best part, they take cards! I definitely recommend stopping by and checking out Marky Fresh! Marco, Brooke and Brandon all do an amazing job!

Hello, My name is…read moreZachary Fortunato and I am filling a formal complaint against the Sport Clips located at 5878 Som Center Rd, Willoughby, OH 44094. On Thursday, April 13th, I checked in online and again once inside of the store at approximately 4pm. I waited a few minutes and was welcomed back to the stylist's chair where I met with Jenny for the first time. There was only one other stylist working at the time. She printed out my haircut instructions that are populated in your system. Jenny, proceeded to cut my hair and we engaged in friendly conversation. Towards the end of my haircut, as almost all of my haircuts finish she began to use the foil shavers to clean the back and sides of my head along with my neck. As she was doing so I noticed more of a stinging and a painful sensation on the back of my neck, much more then I would normally feel. Jenny did not express any concern or issue with the process at hand. She then proceeded to add a lotion or ointment to the back of my neck and explained to me that I had a "slight" reaction. I was experiencing a significant amount of pain and Jenny purposely did not use a mirror to show me the back of my head or neck prior to my haircut experience ending, likely knowing I would have a negative reaction and that she had scratched and cut my head so severely that she drew blood in multiple areas on the back of my neck. See pictures attached. She then led me to the front of the store where I graciously paid for her services and left a $7 dollar tip. She chose to not explain to me at all what she had just done to the back of my head and neck and let me walk out of the store completely oblivious but in significant discomfort. Once I arrived back at my home, I was greeted by my wife who was shocked to see the damage left on my neck from the awful haircut experience I had received at the above mentioned Sport Clips location. I have shared multiple photos displaying the damage done to my head and neck. Jenny had every opportunity to stop and explain to me what had occurred while I was still in the store. She chose not to do so and allowed me to walk out of the storefront, bleeding and terribly scratched. I feel great disappointment and I am embarrassed to have been treated so poorly when your stores describe an "MVP" experience.

Where I only had to explain once to Joseph, and he gets what I want. After a year or so my daughter was experiencing the same. As I told her she might like to give him a go. She has very thick curly hair which he has the patience to cut. As with looking back some salons in the past would just thin out balls of her hair, making it easier for them to style it. Guess we should have questioned it at the time. Anyways, once Joseph is finished cutting her hair he has the patience to flat iron it too. Also, she has decided from time to time to go with a different look of color, as some are. He always does a fantastic job with whatever you are looking for. Now I guess I got the whole family on-board. For I remember one time my husband telling me that he went to get his hair cut, and his barber was drinking at 10 A.M. I kinda think he quit going there. Since then he was bouncing around between a few different barbers. On-board together we stand now, scheduling our appointments together. So That Is It ... My Review Done ...
