They were stellar with handling the children during Covid and allowing them to play and learn while introducing them to martial arts. After that program ended they followed up and we decided to enroll our 9 year old into their Martial arts program. So far all staff and other parents have been super helpful and welcoming. My son enjoys his class and I enjoy all the scheduling and class options. I must also note their communication, facility, and systems are the best. There so ahead with the contactless options, app, and roadmap which is vital as a new participant. I am always kept informed early on of what's going on with any changes or updates. Their YouTube content has also been very helpful and I often refer to it when I have a curiosity. He continually has a smile on his face and is amazingly patient with all his students. Master Acevedo instills life skills such as optimism, perseverance, and strong character building. When my daughter (6 at the time) , went to a TKD birthday party she wanted to study herself. The first place I thought about was Cho's Legacy. I took Stella to a personal class/meeting with Master Acevedo and she loved it. I loved being back in the Do Jong again and was struck not only by how much she love it, but by the instant rapport between Master Akil and Stella. Not every martial artist can be a teacher, and not all of those teachers can connect with and teach to 6 year old kids the way he does. After the hour meeting, Stella asked if she could sign up and I said of course. She then told me that she could see how much fun I had being there with her and asked me to sign up with her. I did not realize until I went there just how much I missed studying TKD and I agreed. We've now spent the last 11 months studying together, practicing at home, and bonding over a shared dedication and love of the sport. Studying here has given her such confidence and accomplishment. At her school talent show this fall, she worked on a routine with Master Akil and there she was, a 7 year old all by herself on stage running through a routine and bringing the crowd to their feet with a thundering board breaking finish. We've committed to obtaining our black belts together and I can't wait to continue our training together. Challenging and fun for children and adults alike. Is there an option for 6 stars?…read more I had been so afraid of crossfit for years b/c of the seemingly aggressive nature at some of the gyms I'd visited. But I took a chance on a 6 week challenge program at Blue Titan that looked to feature "regular" people. Without question, it was the best thing that happened to me in 2018. After years of struggling with my physical and mental health, depression, baby weight, etc. I realized I couldn't go it on my own anymore. I needed a group atmosphere to succeed this time and I couldn't have ended up in a better place. First impressions are everything for me and the feeling I got walking into BT was a great one. Everyone was smiling. Everyone was approachable. Their products were organized and plentiful, everything was clean. There were people there with children. I felt oddly comfortable in a place that had been my nemesis for so long. There are so many classes between the times offered and the types of classes, you really can't miss it. The coaching is fantastic - a lot of places will just throw you to the wolves or work you to the point of injury, but not BT. Everyone is incredibly knowledgeable and above all, passionate. The members are everything from hardcore Rx athletes who've been training for years to men and women into their 60's, retired and looking to get back into shape. The one thing they all have in common is dedication and phenomenal attitudes. I guarantee you, whatever category you fall into, you will not feel like an outsider. You can try a class for free. Really, what do you have to lose?
