Well fast forward over a YEAR and we are now receiving calls from bill collectors saying that he never paid for the second appointment or cap... they're lying crooks. I've sought out legal counseling for this as it's a Crime and not the only time his office has pulled this song and dance! We've asked for papers from Dr. Gosins office plenty of times but still have yet to receive any paperwork. I truly feel his business is about to expire so at this point he's robbing his past patients to scrape up some bucks. Robin was very upfront with the billing, I think I only paid for one full appointment until they could verify my insurance. Folks often have issues paying their medical bills so that's just to protect themselves. Robin made a point to speak to me before the end of the year to see what changes, if any, I'd made with my insurance so there wouldn't be any surprises with being able to afford my appointments in January. I call to inquire about the professional relationship between shasta options and this therapist that does not introduce herself as a working part of shasta options. I was met with snide and half hearted responses. The receptionist refused to give me her name or provide any information on their current staff of therapists. She did state that they have known Toni for 30 years so that should be enough for someone that is going to be letting their heart out, right. So disgusted with her behavior and the way this establishment has handled business.

I have been seeing Dr. Rooney for more than a year now and while there's always that fear-devil whispering in my ear in the background, I do not have the somatic or psychological reactions to going to the dentist as I have in the past. The Dr. and all his staff are so kind and patient, they take their time explaining to me what's going on and answering questions. They seem to genuinely care. Because of my dental anxiety and upbringing of not going to the dentist, I have terrible teeth. Dentists in the past have made me feel ashamed of myself.
