First, the X-rays were painfully rough, and then I waited over an hour and a half just to see the dentist for maybe three minutes. He quickly told me everything "looked great" and left. During that entire time, nobody checked on me, explained the delays, or communicated what was happening. After that, I waited another 30 minutes to see the hygienist, who looked in my mouth for less than a minute before suddenly telling me I needed a deep cleaning plan costing around $600. The office manager then came in and was very direct about payment and scheduling future appointments, but there was zero empathy or explanation behind why this was supposedly so urgent. I explained that I consistently see a dentist every six months and was confused how things could suddenly be so severe that I needed to "get ahead of it." Instead of taking the time to answer my concerns, they just continued pushing treatment and additional visits. Not once did anyone apologize for the fact that I had already been there for over two hours without even receiving a cleaning. I was also told I would need to come back for the other side of my mouth to be cleaned without anyone even asking if I wanted to move forward. At that point, I stood up and left because the entire experience felt more focused on selling expensive treatment plans than patient care. Afterward, I spoke to a family member who had a very similar experience at this office and also left before receiving treatment because of the aggressive pricing and lack of kindness. Even another woman leaving the office mentioned she had not been happy with her experience either. Very disappointing experience overall, especially after switching dentists.
