The front office manager is so incredibly professional, yet helpful and courteous. The Dr. is very professional, and really takes his time explaining what he needs to do before doing anything. So I went to the odessa famila. I tell the dentist I know this tooth is rotten because when I floss it's the only one that stinks. I left him perform work on my tooth because he talked me into saving the tooth telling me the tooth didn't look bad. Well once I got home my temporary crown is hurting so I popped it out. My husband took one look at my real tooth and said babe why didn't you make him take it out ? You can't save that tooth. I said I thought so but im no dentist. I ended up having to go to the emergency room because my tooth pain was so bad. The people at the emergency room said why didn't he take this tooth out? I said idk maybe he just wanted the money for a crown fix i stead of pulling it. I do not recommend this dentist like I'm going to send pictures on here showing yall how bad my tooth is and you cannot save this tooth he should of took the tooth out. I don't have knowledge as a dentist he does & I trusted him to do the best for me. He failed. You can die by having rotten teeth in your mouth. Do better. These are people coming to you about their health and all he cares about is whats bests for his pockets. Pretty sad.
