When you go in for some other reason and ask for help when you feel like cr ap all the time (not being physically sick) but body tired and run down, they won't do anything to help you figure out the problem. I found out that if most of your blood work is normal, they say it's normal no matter what. You, as a patient, have to ask for recommendations to see specialists so you can find out what's wrong. Why are we having to even go to a PCP doctor/pa if they can't/won't help us? I'm done with sorry doctors and PA's that don't care. And DA is just as bad at the office On University.

At 9:00, when I went to ask why I was still waiting (about 8-10 people had already gone back), I was told that they don't accept appointments before 9:00!?!? With the program they use it allows you to sign up at 8:15. "Yes we know that but we don't take an appointment before 9:00. Dr. Shelton doesn't even get here until 8:45). We are hoping they will fix it before the new year." What!!?? That's a lame excuse. At 9:25, I had to leave without seeing him because I do have a life and I have children with an orthodontist appointments at 10:00...ugh.
