When I showed up for the part, discovered the staff to be very helpful. Turns out they can supply quite a bit of repair & replacement parts -- even for HRVs that I'd normally go to a plumber for. Had requested a quote for some other parts that they didn't stock & I had a call back within two hours (still waiting to hear from the plumbing company that had the request longer).

Prior to that he was upset with helping the customer ahead of me and I took the brunt of his "Bad Day". He also was angry he could not hear me with my mask on. I am high risk, have a person going through Chemo treatment in my house and choose to wear a mask for protection. I understand he may not be having a great day, but he should not be taking it out on the customer. As for the young Gentleman Brayden who assisted me, thank you for your positive and helpful attitude. I understand that not all days are peoples best and cannot always find what we are looking for, but to rudely push someone aside after waiting is extremely unacceptable, and I hoping his motive were out of anger and not for me being a woman. Yes I did not know what I was looking for, but my father lives north and sent me for the part.

I could not find it so I asked a woman for help. She appeared very annoyed I had asked her for help. I asked her if she could show me where the Ebike carrier in the flyer I had received was located in the store. She questioned me abruptly, (not polite at all) questioning me about if I had brought the flyer with me? I did not. She indicated that she could not help me then. I asked her who could then. She shook her head at me and muttered that I was stupid under her breath as she started to type something into her phone. Before I could say anything, another customer asked me if I had heard what she said? I said I had heard it and let the clerk know that I was sorry to be such a bother to her and that I would leave. The other customer also left with his wife leaving the a cart with 4 tires on it behind. I have always been a customer of Princess Auto following it through the last 3 locations and spending a bit of money in the store. I am not sure f I will return to Princess Auto but it will be a while for sure.
