When we signed the contract with them, the nightmare began. We signed in July 22/2021, they didn't start till August 31st. When they delived the materials there was only the driver to unload, there were big pieces, the contractor was supposed to be here to receive it, but he didn't come to make sure the materials were right, my brother that had paid for the work had to help him unload, they were paid $15,000 for the job and he had to help unload it! The contractor was being paid for the job didn't borther to show up and do his job, the counter to be installed in our kitchen was cut 4 ft too short, the shower was wrong, the cabinet was the wrong colour that we had picked out . The contactor was very spuractic when he would come to work, he would say he would be there at 1pm he'd show up at 4pm, after I cleared my schedule to be here then he'd show up late. Many times he would come at 5pm and stay till 8pm, who works on that type of schedule ? It was very much disrupting to us, especially when I'm caring for our elderly parent. Then when the job was finnaly done we wanted to return the leftover flooring that they estimated that we would need , there were 2 boxes of un-opened flooring they would take it back however they wouldn't refund the money that was paid for it. We had paid over $15,000. to do the renovation, we had to keep checking what he was doing the cabinet was installed wrong the put the unit that had for a shelf under the sink drain, then there was no shelf markings in the other unit. It took 6 weeks to do a small bathroom and for the amount that was paid. When they removed the bath tub its was around 8 pm, they put wood and crap in it that they removed in it and left it on our lawn by the house for 4 days, we were embrassed to our niegbours that no care or consideration was given to how our property was left. Do your due diligence before doing any renovations with them.

Last night I had to retrieve something from that p-trap under our ensuite sink. The plumbing for…read morethe drain is old, freezing, and the coupling broke. The alignment was never quite right, the house was built in 1991 and the builder seemed to have just forced the drain to fit. This likely put extra pressure on the plastic nut holding the p-trap to the plumbing leading away. I decided to fix this, and my wife suggested that I go to the local Home Hardware instead of the typical big box in the neighboring city. She figured I'd get better service. She was 100% right. The gentleman in plumbing this morning (Sept. 19, 2026) was fantastic. He set me up with a piece that had a ball-like pivot where the trap connects to the rest of the plumbing and what a difference it made. True, I had to return but that was due to me not being accurate during the first visit as to the diameter of the drain pipe descending from the sink. No matter, this same gentleman was just as willing to help. I'm sorry that I didn't get his name, but if the store owner/manager happens to know, could you please pass on my sincerest thanks and appreciation to him? He made a somewhat stressful situation for me a breeze! I will definitely return to this great local store again, especially when I need specific advice.

They were provided the existing key clearly substantiating the existing security system, but none-the-less they took the order, installed the wrong lock, and charged for the wrong service. Adding insult to injury, with their wrongdoing obvious, they were arrogant and unpleasantly confrontational. Definitely NOT the outfit to entrust with one's home security.

However when it come to other accessories, they haven't yet proven themselves to me. The service is efficient and the place is well maintained. They also often have big Juice sales. So for those budget conscious people this would be a nice place to check out. The interior is set up with Vaping Booths, tool section and comp coffee. Parking is a bit of an issue at this location but Milton has free street parking so good luck. Expect to walk into a cloud of Vape when you go there. The location is also wheelchair accessible which is a bonus. The have an amazing sampling station and the staff are more than willing to answer any questions and suggest alternatives. So if you are in Milton and need some product, check this place out.
