Scott called me to share he had a sooner option than previously scheduled. Yes! After coming over and laying hands on opener (it was beyond repair, at 30 years old!) Scott offered me several options for replacement, including offering to have me buy an opener from a local vendor to save even more than his very reasonable prices, which I did. Scott installed quickly and efficiently. Done! Every thing was perfect, until it quit later that evening, UGH! I left a message with Scott he called me early 8:15am next day (weekday) came over and did troubleshooting for me even though he didn't sell me the opener ( Yes some people still do business like that!) The part had failed, wired garage controller. Scott hung around while I called manufacturer and requested a replacement. WOW is all I can say.
