I was very impressed with her advice and market knowledge and insights she shared, even without the commitment from me to use her. Prior to listing, her guidance on the list price and strategy were excellent. She was aggressive, but realistic in her selling approach. Once we listed, she was phenomenal at working the offers and potential buyers. We had an inspection glitch that could have lost us the buyer, but she maneuvered our way through that issue. We ended up selling it for exactly where she thought the market would end up on our property. She was very good. I know this may sound a bit over the top, but it is the honest truth.

We had originally listed with a flat‑fee agent in October, and after a month of essentially no effort or interest, we switched to Leah; within four weeks, she had the home under contract. From day one she was incredibly communicative, keeping us updated on progress, questions, and details so we never felt in the dark. Leah rolled up her sleeves and, with her team, put in a huge amount of time helping with minor updates, repairs, yard cleanup, and staging. She was able to use her connections to get quality work done quickly while being very mindful of cost versus payoff. She launched catchy social media marketing with professional photos and video, and her up‑to‑date knowledge of the local market clearly showed in her pricing and strategy. Leah is motivated, hard‑working, detail‑oriented, kind, and truly knowledgeable, and she turned what had been a very stressful situation into a smooth experience; we will absolutely use her again and recommend her wholeheartedly.
