I would give my clothes for drop off and the lady with curly hair (always smiling) would do a great job. She would hang dry my clothes that were delicates without me even asking. I always tipped well and appreciated the great service. The best part was, they hung my wet clothes on hangers so all I had to do when I got home was hang them right into my closet. As a busy working woman, what more could I ask for! :) However, the reason why I stopped coming here: 1. They stopped hang drying and providing those hangers, and told me it would be a ridiculous extra charge to have that service done. They already charged extra per pound for drop offs than the other laundromats in the area (which is fine with me considering the service they provide), but now to say that that's not included in the service anymore? What am I paying premium price for then? The worst part is, in my last laundry pick up, I had someone pick my laundry up for me, and the staff there asked the person to bring back the hangers. To me, that's very unprofessional and not a good look for business. To penny pinch on hangers worth not more then 25 cents is a bit ridiculous to me. I understand you may be trying to cut costs, but don't take away the one thing that sets you apart from the other laundromats. 2. In my last pick I found my pants hung up in a way that made me very upset. The way they hung them made an extra gap on the sides of the pants (all of my work pants). Many of my clothes in this load just looked so worn out from the wash. A lot of my pants had strings coming out. The last service done was just a major turn off for me. I'd love to go back and have the service included in the drop off price, but I won't be paying top dollar to be penny pinched on good services.

Now I can see WHY. When Michael (the guy behind the counter) asked me for my address I got a little stumped not sure whether to give him my mom's or my aunt and uncle's address. So I told him "Well, I'm only visiting so I'll give you the address of where I'm staying" then he said, "nah, not necessary if you're only visiting. So what brings you here?" to which I replied "my sister's funeral" He not only immediately offered his condolences and sympathy but offered to clean my shirt for FREE. What an AMAZING human being. He said "the driver, Mike" will call to arrange pick up. He called a few minutes later, I told him to knock/ring and I'll get him the bags. I brought two of the three bags out and popped back inside to grab a third. When I came back, the bags were gone. No knock/ring or "hey, can I take these?" Nothing, just gone. Then 2 minutes later I get a text from some other named laundry company, telling me I have to Venmo or Zelle him $48. WHAT???? He hadn't even had time to weigh the bags. I had spoken on the phone to TWO men. They said nothing of any of this. They were changing the terms of the agreement. I called Elio on the store phone line, or so I thought. He then told me he sold the company to Mike the driver, and deal with him. He said that he is just doing the laundry work for Mike, but it's Mike's company now. Then he told me he isn't in the store, or even in the state. I tell him I don't like deal being changed, and I don't have their payment methods, and to just bring the bags back. He told me I will have to PAY THEIR MINIMUM, $25 to get my clothing back!!!!! When I objected, he started mouthing off to me. I hung up and called the local Police, who sent a car over. They took care of it. The infractions were clear: - They took the bags without notice (not even all the bags I had) - They changed the agreement after the fact. - They tried to create an illegal bailment with my property.
