When I called him the month later to come back he's said his stump grinding machine broke, I tried him again now a month later and he's now saying he never said that and they don't do stump grinding. Now I'm stuck with a remaining large bottom tree that he won't come back to finish the job. I don't recommend this company at ALL! He's a liar and only trying to make a dollar from hard working people. It's sad we live in a world where people just take advantage of customers who do a verbal agreement. My fault for trusting him but I want to share to warn innocent people to avoid them going through this issue. There was one minor issue--the crew didn't arrive on the originally scheduled day (we assumed it was due to thunderstorms), and no one reached out to confirm. But after I called, they were very responsive and got us back on the schedule quickly. When the crew did arrive, they were on time, professional, and efficient. They did a fantastic job with the removals and pruning, took care of a couple of extra tasks, and left our yard immaculate. Not a twig left behind! Despite the one scheduling glitch, we were very impressed and are extremely happy with the results. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others needing quality tree work in the area.
