My dad sends him monthly checks every beginning of the month as a courtesy and convenience as opposed to being billed after the job. Mr. Ramos would cash the checks, but not schedule any maintenance. He doesn't reply to calls and text messages either, nor request for refund for non services rendered. We even added extra $ as a X-mas bonus, but that went unappreciated. I had them come back to cut down a lot of shrubs, a small palm shrub in front and some overgrown vegetation in the rear yard. They did a good job considering they couldn't remove the stumps because of water pipes in two areas. I was just glad it all was cut down. They also hauled most of it away but did leave some debris in the rear yard from a large shrub. They were reasonable on everything.

Had David not replied with misleading information here, I wouldn't need to write this. What he is…read moretrying to do is gloss over the fact that I was out of state for over 4 1/2 months and we had multiple conversations before I left, via text and several in person, that he would take 100% care of my newly landscaped property while I was away. He swore that he would, and gave me his handshake on it. So, when he texted me approximately 2 months later to tell me that he was no longer going to weed the new beds while I was halfway across the country; sure, I suppose it can be argued that he gave me notice "in advance". I'd ask what the heck I was supposed to do at that point as flower bed upkeep labor is hard to find, particularly when you're not home. The photos show what it looked like when I left, and what I returned home to. They speak for themselves. As does the worth of David's handshake and promise.
