History

Established in 2007.

Ron Campbell Art and Custom Framing is located in Check Virginia, 9 miles North of the Floyd stoplight off of Route 221 in a cozy log cabin nestled among tall trees while overlooking the horse and donkey pasture on Dreamcatcher Meadows Farm. Formerly the owner and custom framer at the Maggie Gallery in Floyd VA for 4+ years, Ron yearned for more time for creating his unique artwork while continuing to provide professional custom picture framing services. The right fit was to step away from the time-consuming commitment of owning and running a retail art gallery located miles away from his beloved studio, and bring the services of custom picture framing home to his art studio.

Meet the Business Owner: Ron C.

Ron's love of creating began in childhood and has continued to the present while his framing experience spans 10+ years in Floyd. Most notably, he was the custom framer and previous owner of The Maggie Gallery. Moving the Frame shop to the farm allows him the flexibility to offer his framing services by appointment most any day to fit his clients' busy schedules while he continues to focus on his art: drawing, painting, woodworking and more.
