If you want a team that brings infectious energy and unmatched results, look no further than Ron and Sue Arnold. After interviewing several agents, it was clear that Ron and Sue cared greatly about our specific goals and not just their bottom line. Most importantly, they truly took into account our connection and feelings for our home of over 17 years, treating the sale with the respect it deserved. Their knowledge of what today's buyers are looking for was right on target. They guided us on which high-ROI items to focus on, and their staging was absolutely spot-on--we received so many compliments from prospective buyers who were blown away by the presentation. Ron and Sue's enthusiastic approach managed to get so many eyes on our property that we had a tremendously successful open house, resulting in a staggering 13 offers. We were in escrow in only a matter of days and sold for far above our asking price. We couldn't have asked for more motivated or compassionate advocates. If you are reading this review and considering Ron and Sue, your search is over. They are the team you need! read more

Ron Arnold Team - The kids enjoying one last swing Thank you Ron and Sue - Real Estate Agents Near Me - Brea, California

My husband and I had an amazing experience with Ron and Sue as first-time homebuyers. They walked us through every step of the process and made sure we always understood what was happening. Their response time was incredibly fast, and they were always available whenever we had questions. The home we ended up buying had been on the market for less than a day when they brought it to our attention, and because of their care, attention, and quick action, we were able to move fast and secure the house. They paid close attention to additional fees and taxes that certain homes would come with and perfectly tailored our housing search so we only saw homes that truly fit our needs and budget. They also helped us imagine what we could do with each space, which was incredibly helpful since it can be hard to picture a home's potential when it's empty. We truly appreciated their honesty and are so grateful for their dedication and would highly recommend them to anyone in the market. read more

An incredibly overdue review. And now I need to rack my mind and remember the details that made Ron Arnold, Sue and his team so absolutely amazing. Reading the negative reviews (and then Ron's thorough responses) makes me sad but also reminds me how hardworking and humble these folks are. We bought in Dec 2020 while the market was crazy hot. And I really think we'd be renting right now (for more than a mortgage) if not for them. - first meeting with Ron was professional, warm, thorough...gosh he has a way of helping a noob like me understand what's going on without making me feel like one. He had a beautiful folder with our names printed on it (with chock full of resources inside-specific to our needs) waiting for us when we showed up! - he knew that we were only beginning our search and didn't intend to buy for another 2 years. He remained a present resource until we were ready to buy a year early. - he's highly communicable - he's trustworthy: I see this is a hard pill for some to swallow. He provides advice contrary to what might actually benefit him more. He's here for YOU. He will respect your decision but you can be sure he will give you sound advice that you might not like to hear (instant gratification is always easier, not better) - he knows his stuff. I'm so confident one of the big reasons we got the house despite not having the best package was due to his work and his way with people. - he enlists a reliable team (other realtors, lender...) - he's there every step of the way, start to finish. Thank you Sue for the delicious pumpkin pie a yearrrrr later! What kinda courtesy check is that! He is one of the good ones. I say, great. And that is hard to find in this greedy world. We would completely work with Ron and his team again, hopefully one day to sell! Thankful for you all, Ryan & Emily read more

The Ron Arnold Team rendered the sale of our home practically painless. They were wonderful with communication and we always felt like they had our backs through the process. We got an incredibly high price for our modest home and the team ensured our buyers were well vetted and eminently qualified. The whole process was glitch free and handled with professional smoothness. I would strongly recommend Ron Arnold and associates to both family and dearest friends without reservation. My wife and I are eternally grateful that the stressful process of a long distance relocation on the property sales side was made so easy. Thank you Ron, Sue and associates. We feel blessed to have worked with you. read more

"We must be swift as the coursing river/With all the force of a great typhoon/With all the strength of a raging fire..." You may be asking yourself, aren't these the lyrics to the song: "I'll Make a Man Out of You" from the 1998 Disney Classic, Mulan? Yes, you are correct. But, does this perfectly describe Will Lau and his approach to home buying as well? Absolutely! From the moment we contacted Will, his knowledge and expertise in the field washed away any hesitations we might have had about buying a home. His initial presentation during our first meeting was very informative, calming and reassuring. He later unfurled a mighty tempest of options while allowing us to carefully choose what home suited our family the best. And while options can be overwhelming, Will never pressured us or imposed upon our choices, which was greatly appreciated. Finally, what truly set Will apart from other realtors we've had in the past was his passion--like a fire, if you will--for ensuring that we were cared for. Unlike previous realtors we had dealt with, there were no ulterior motives or an uncomfortable pressure to make a decision with Will. You may initially only ask for a realtor, but trust that in the end, he will make a friend out of you. read more

Proficient, prepared, and punctual are the first few words that come to mind when describing Will's performance as a real estate professional. Will carefully listens to your values and strives to fulfill your preferences. Our friendly neighborhood real estate professional, Will Lau, helped our growing family of three find a home within five miles from my workplace. He patiently showed us several properties at our convenience, being especially considerate of our infant. A clear problem-solver, Will gently offered valued insight and helpful suggestions. Will is clearly skilled at communicating expectations and building relationships. All in all, we're glad and grateful friends recommended him to us and we will certainly continue recommending him to others. read more

Over the course of a year, Will Lau introduced us to a number homes that we considered buying. My wife and I settled on buying a probate home that kept us in escrow approximately six months. Will went above and beyond to get us through a complicated probate process that involved the court, clearing title issues, and negotiating terms with multiple lenders. Will jumped in to help when we ran into home owner warranty issues, several months after our purchase. He even brought us dinner when my wife was unwell. Consider yourself lucky to have Will as your realtor. I know I am. read more

Will Lau was an excellent realtor! We were first time home buyers and he helped us navigate the process from beginning to end. He began with an education session over dinner and went over the basics of home buying, defining key terms and preparing us for what was to come. He thought outside the box and was able to find homes that were not publicly listed on Redfin, Zillow, etc. He helped us place offers and shop mortgage companies, connecting us with necessary vendors and making sure we were poised to get our dream home. Once our offer was accepted, his orientation to detail and working well into the night and weekends allowed us to overcome several hurdles in a time when offices were working under COVID-19 lockdown. He was also a strong negotiator during escrow, highlighted by his meticulous attention to detail during the inspection and repair process. For example, he took diligent notes and even compiled videos so that we were well informed of all the moving parts and were positioned well to obtain necessary repairs. His professionalism was top notch, and I look forward to working with him in the future. Highly recommend! read more

My wife and I are so appreciative of Ron, Sue, and Halle for helping us find a first time homebuyer's dream house in Anaheim Hills in September 2022. Going into the homebuying process we were apprehensive about real estate agents due to the stereotype that most were in it simply for the money and that they were not here for our best interests (especially for first time homebuyers). I can say for certainty that Ron and his team do not fall into this category and we felt no stigma for not being knowledgeable and having a lot of questions. Everything that Ron did during the homebuying process was for our best interest and was not intended to pressure us to buy, to let us buy something that he did not see as financially viable or safe, or to sell us anything less than perfect for our needs. As an analytical mind, I also greatly appreciated Ron's strong reliance on data and numbers to find promising properties in this heated housing market. When available in their busy schedules, Ron and Sue took care of our questions and helped us ensure that many of the loose ends were tied up in the mountains of paperwork to go through. After a few days of looking on our own, Ron found us a property in Anaheim Hills with an amazing price that we were not even aware of when looking on the internet. When we wanted to buy, Ron and Sue even took time out of their Friday night date to draft up and offer and put it in on the same day to ensure that we had the deal locked in. Thank you so much to everyone on the team and we are so blessed to be beginning a new phase of life on our new property! read more

Ron and his team did a great job, right from the start. Very hands on and guiding us every step of the way and answering all our questions. Ron and team ensured that the process flowed smoothly, I can't them them enough for the great job and professionalism. Our house was sold very quick, others in the neighborhood had the sign for months. Thank you Ron. read more

Will Lau from the Ron Arnold Team was an absolute Godsend helping me and my family find a new home in Mission Viejo! Will is a thoughtful, hardworking real estate agent that made finding a home soon after delivering my first child a breeze. He took note of all our needs and even was helpful to suggest things my husband and I didn't consider. Being a family man himself, he was considerate of me and my newborn son as we visited various listings, making sure the pace was comfortable and the needs of a newborn were taken care of. When it came time to sign our rental contract, I loved how Will broke down the contract and listed his comments/concerns for us. I highly recommend him, he made the dreadful and daunting task of finding a home into a wonderful experience for us! read more

We chose the Ron Arnold Team again, but this time to help sell our parents' house here in Orange. It seemed the entire team rallied to make it their mission to help get the house on the market and find the perfect buyer. The house had few aesthetic improvements in 20 years and looked very tired. They brought in a team to remove wallpaper from EVERY room, brighten up each room with fresh paint, make needed repairs and stage the vacant home so it warm and inviting. They went way beyond the usual agent services. The house sold for full price in a slow market and RA team was there again to make the seven day escrow go through without a hitch. All this work could go wrong in so many ways but Ron handled it all. For a stress-free experience you can't go wrong with this team. read more

As first time homebuyers, my husband and I felt clueless and had tons of questions. Will Lau on the Ron Arnold team was the definition of supportive and kind. BEST realtor! He first presented us with a detailed breakdown of what the process would look like, some key terms and made us feel at ease. As we searched for homes, he was patient with us and we never felt pushed to buy. Will was flexible when Covid19 struck, making sure we safely viewed properties with masks and gloves but kept on hunting. He noticed aspects of properties that we did not, and we so appreciate his attention to detail! Finally we found one we loved, and put down an offer. Will's extensive research on properties made us feel comfortable when putting the offer down, knowing about property history and HOA details. He did research on properties recently sold nearby to ensure we had a competitive offer. Will was genuinely excited for us when our offer got accepted, and was patient with us every step of escrow, answering all of our questions quickly. He negotiated repairs for the seller to fix before we moved in, even more than what we had thought of, Will thought of everything! His customer service is off the charts, always responds quickly, has a simplistic way of explaining answers to our questions, and always informative. Since we were in escrow during the Covid pandemic, we were not able to meet with vendors in person so it was Will's idea to schedule various zoom meetings for us to speak with them and understand more of what we would be signing. Super helpful! His professional demeanor was always apparent and his charisma made the entire process enjoyable. He even came to the closing with the notary, showing his support. If you're looking for a professional realtor with tons of experience and who will make the home buying process a breeze, Will Lau is your guy! read more

Ron & Sue helped us 7 years ago with a short sale. The process took around 7-8 Months. Being first time home buyers, they really had to hold our hands during the process. (I'm pretty sure I called Ron every 24 hours during that process). We had multiple hurdles. Each issue handled in timely manner. Each phone call was returned or answered. Each email was answered. Looking back at that process makes me think about how professional Ron & Sue are. They are true pro's at their profession! Since 2011, Ron & Sue have represented myself, a family member or a friend during 5 (!) housing transactions. Each one deserves 5 stars. Highly, highly recommended. You won't regret choosing them to be on your team! read more

My wife and I had no idea where to start when we started looking for a home. Will helped us through the whole process and truly listened to our needs and wants. He sat down with us in the beginning and provided a pressure-free environment to answer all our questions. He suggested questions we should consider that we had never even thought of asking before purchasing a home. Additionally, he was patient throughout the whole process and drove with us to a variety of houses. He was always on top of new listings and helped us find the perfect home for us. He made the escrow process smooth and really fought for us throughout the entire home buying experience. He even came to visit us during our big move in day. I cannot recommend him highly enough and am so thankful that we chose him. read more

When my husband and I weren't sure if we wanted to rent out or sell our condo, Will met with my husband for several hours and thoroughly explained all our options. We decided to sell, and throughout the whole process, it was clear that Will always had our best interests in mind. We received excellent customer service from Will and would recommend him as trustworthy and knowledgeable to anyone we know. read more

He was very intentional to make sure I left with the necessary information to decide on buying into the market and made me feel like I could trust him to help me move towards getting the house that I desired. With William Lau's help our home was in ESCRPW in just 6 days on the market. Total of 42 agents came for a private viewing of the property and received a total of 16 offers. A few years back Ron helped my family and I navigate through the all so challenging process of a "short-sale". Ron would go out of his way to treat my wife and I with dignity and respect. He coached us into better decisions that benefited us and not him. He made it 100% clear that our best interest was his highest priority. Without a doubt, if I were asked who to call with real estate needs, Ron Arnold and his team are not just the top of the list, they are the only ones on my list. Ron, Sue, and Halle and the rest of the Ron Arnold Team were the right choice to sell our home. From the start, when Ron got to work on the market analysis and gave us his recommended list price, he told us, we're going to sell this place for at least 98% of list. Bingo, he did better than that. The support and competence of the team was just what we needed. read more

We contacted Ron because we already had high-regard for his integrity and thoroughness. He was able to demonstrate his market knowledge and clearly had the experience to help us find the house we were seeking. One of the benefits of enlisting Ron's help was the added bonus of Sue Arnold actively working with Ron on our requirement. We also received much help from others on the team. Ron and Sue are realistic advisers and negotiators. They knew what issues to push on and what not to. They also brought a list of very helpful, local contractors with whom we consulted. In one instance, based on Ron and Sue's insights and those of the contractors we hired, we cancelled escrow on a seemingly good house that turned out to be a money-pit. We did not want a "project" for a house, and Ron and Sue factored that into their advice. That said, they advised us, but did not push us. They helped us make an informed decision. What was so relieving is that neither Ron nor Sue ever put their own interests ahead of ours. They sought our best interest and were willing to lose a commission when we walked away from the aforementioned home. Informative, energetic, thorough, but never pressuring us to buy or "do something." This is one reason we called them back when we decided to start the house search again. When they did find the house for us, Ron kept us on track through the escrow process, including staying on top of our lender. Ron did his own agent inspection of the home along with our physical inspection contractor. We have already recommended Ron and Sue, along with the whole team, to all of our family and friends. We could not do this for the agent who helped us buy our first home 17 years ago. What a complete and totally different experience. Happy to have found a reliable, competent and joyful agent for our residential real estate interests. read more

Great team of people! Really care about families. They host amazing family friendly events!

Super easy to work and talk with. We started working with Ron about 5 years ago when we first got married. We weren't ready to buy at that point, and Ron and Sue helped us see that after talking to them. We started getting ourselves ready to purchase a home after that, and once we were ready we knew who to call. It was a great purchasing experience (even with the whole COVID situation), and we found the home that is perfect for our family right now. We weren't initially looking for a townhome, but after Ron helped us see that a single family residence at the price range we were shooting for would result in a potentially unsafe environment or unsafe living conditions we decided to purchase a townhome. It ended being a really great choice for us, and I think that is why we loved working with Ron and Sue. They have so much experience in the home buying (selling too) market and just a wealth of wisdom that they really do help you find the right home for your family. We never felt pressured, never felt pushed around and always felt the decision making was left to me and my wife. Ron REALLY helped with the negotiating, I'm not much a negotiator. We got a great deal, and closed in about 20 days! Thank you again Ron and Sue for all that you helped us with. God bless! read more

I met Ron and Sue Arnold through Dave Ramsey' radio show. They both are great people to work with when buying a house. The reason why I said this because they are knowledgeable about the real estate industry. They can answer many questions regarding from the process of owning a property to the tiny details of what to look for of a good house; for example, they will directly tell me to avoid buying a house in certain zones in the city because of high crime rates, the pros and cons of this particular unit, the cost of putting down a tree, the additional cost for adding one extra bedroom, the comparative house price of the nearby area, the regulations of the city, the potential cost of buying a major fix up property, and etc. In addition, they are the excellent sources to help the new owner to connect with people to do the job in case of home improvements needed. They have a vast networks of people doing everything of a house, from the electricians running the wires to the person painting the house. Furthermore, they have an excellent supporting team to do the paper works; they are highly efficient and effective. They are always available when Ron and Sue are on to something. They won't let the client, like me, to wait without getting in touch with any of them. I am glad I chose them as my Realtor. They can give me piece of mind buying a safe nest for my family because of their expertise; client first and money second mental attitudes, professionalism, knowledge, and patience. As a person with experiences working with them, therefore, I am here to highly recommend to use them when buying or selling real properties. read more

I honestly can't believe Ron Arnold is still a realtor. He verbally assaulted me while serving as OUR buying agent. He raised his voice at me and called me "the most annoying person he's ever met." We were desperate to fire him but at that stage of the negotiation we were terrified of losing the house. We would absolutely recommend Ron and Sue to any potential home buyers - you will be in good hands! As first-time homebuyers, we didn't know what to expect from the process or from our agents. We were referred to Ron and Sue by a friend. From the very beginning, they made us feel like their #1 priority. Before our initial meeting they gathered information about us and the neighborhoods we were considering so they could be prepared with statistics and information during our first in-person meeting. Ron and Sue were very patient with us and helped us narrow down exactly what we were looking for in our home. They took us to over 30 houses over a few months and there was never a time or day they could not accommodate. They were happy to move at our pace and we never felt pressured to make a decision. Frankly, they made the process fun! Once we found the picture-perfect home, Ron and Sue helped us craft a persuasive offer. They were patient with our numerous questions and walked us through the many steps of buying a home. Their many years of experience were integral in negotiation of repairs request and we leaned on them for guidance in working with the escrow company and mortgage broker. My husband and I hired Ron and his team to sell our house. What a nightmare! Ron managed to add unnecessary stress to what is already a stressful life event. 1 star for landing an amazing photographer to sell our home. The photos were fantastic. 0 stars for the following: - Unprofessionalism - Indirect communication style - we could never get a straight answer - Unsolicited advice from his wife. She asked where we were moving to. She then told me why I shouldn't move there and told me what cities I should consider instead. They were nowhere near my ideal neighborhood. She didn't know me, my budget, or why I wanted to move to the city that I moved to. - My taste in decor was discussed behind my back within MY HOME. Ron's wife said to me, "she actually has decent taste," thinking she was talking to a colleague when I left to get lunch. - Blaming the client for our house being too popular. It was on the market for 1 week, and he was already tired of taking calls about our house (Buying agents were booking appointments through me! They thought they were talking to the selling agent when they called.). I have a full time job which does not include coordinating house showings. It was overwhelming. - We chose to go with another agent to buy our new home. When Ron found out, rather than remaining professional and saying that he wished us well and that he'd be happy to help if it doesn't work out, Ron threw a tantrum/rant. He expressed how hurt he was that we didn't "trust" him and that he deserved to help us buy because the buying part is "easy." Avoid the headache, and go with someone else. The best decision I made was cutting Ron our of the equation and working with the broker directly at the very end. read more

I would highly recommend Ron and his team! We worked with Ron and Sue to buy a house in Irvine. We didn't know the Orange County area very well, and they helped educate us about the different towns in Orange County that would match our needs well. (We're a young family with two kids and schools, safety, and access to parks were a priority...) It took us quite some time before we actually completed a purchase. We saw a fair number of different houses in different towns, and we had a false start with a purchase in Yorba Linda we backed out of due to significant issues that arose during the inspection. Ron and Sue remained patient and supportive of us throughout the process. When we had an offer accepted on our now home in Irvine, Ron and Sue were great during the purchase process. Ron worked with the sellers agent to make sure that all the significant issues that came up during the inspection were addressed. It was really a wonderful experience to work with them. They gave us honest advice and were knowledgeable about the area and market conditions. It's been a few months since our move, and they still check in with us to see how we are doing, which is very nice. I would happily work with them again! read more
