Make model and year of car, lots of specifics on the exact detailing needs... I specified full interior detail with no need to shampoo carpets and full exterior detail including a complete wax. Two quotes were $120, EDC quoted $50-$85. I was very concerned that he misunderstood my expectations. Louis was responsive, quickly messaged back and forth and came up with a date and time. There was some minor confusion about the time but I think it was probably his first time utilizing Yelp for setting up a detail too. He came equipped with a pickup that is full of water, power washers, buffers, step stools and every tool you could expect s car detail expert to use. He did absolutely everything that I requested and honestly I am a Detailer's nightmare as my expectations are extremely high. The detail start to finish was very fast, a little under three hours, but not at the expense of the quality of the job. I didn't ask him his final price as the detail was well well beyond my expectations based on his quote. I'm sure he would have stayed within his $50-$85 amount but he ended up with a bit more. Uncharacteristic for my Scottish upbringing.

After paying and excited to get my car back looking newer than ever I was inspecting the car and noticed quarter sized paint chip on the passenger side and rim rash. I confronted David about it and ofc denied it. After taking it home for the first car wash they missed multiple spots with the ceramic coat. Again confronted David and said that's not possible. After showing a video clearly showing it wasn't ceramic coated. Finally agreed to fix it. After that I got a new part added and wanted it coated and paint corrected as well. I paid $300 for that part and the original missing panels to my surprise issues weren't done as promised. After going back the 3rd time. I dropped it off for the whole day then didn't touch the car at all. Wasted my time. 4th time same thing. One car is only 4 months old and was being washed for the first time. It ended up with a ding on the trunk, most likely from the end of a hose or something else hard being knocked against it. The other has a large scratch across the passenger door handle, which Guillermo informed me "looks like nails scratches." Even setting aside the damage, the cars simply were not cleaned well. There were spots and smudges all over one car, and an obvious spill on the center console of the other was left untouched. Needless to say, I won't be using him again. I wouldn't trust Guillermo to wash a bicycle again, let alone a car. If you care about your cars, I suggest you stay away from him as well.
