The first clean was great. The second, on 12/31/25, was a disaster. My 9am appointment was delayed until 1pm after poor communication from the owner. The cleaner showed up with almost no supplies (no vacuum, broom, or proper cleaning tools) and finished a 2,700 sq ft home in 2 hours, which is unrealistic. Communication with the owner was consistently poor. She later offered a "complimentary" clean but forgot to confirm it and rescheduled without notice. A few days later, my daughter realized her wallet was missing--the last time she saw it was the day the cleaner was here. I checked her Greenlight account and found multiple unauthorized charges. The locations match the area the cleaner said he was from. When I contacted the owner, I was blocked. I have camera footage, and police reports have been filed. The Finishing Touch Co -- extremely unprofessional. please be cautious. UPDATED: She states I had not reached out to her when I've called and texted numerous times with no response. Actually have since been blocked, which leads me to believe you were in on it as well. I'm blocked so if you would like to reach out to rectify the situation I'm open to hearing your side.

I experienced several occasions where a scheduled appointment would be changed at the eleventh hour. In January, I was notified around midnight that my cleaning for the next morning would not occur. In February, I was notified once again but my scheduled appointment was honored and he actually mentioned that he thought he was fired. Something I didn't give much thought to until March when I received a message that the appointment booked about 2 weeks in advanced would need to be changed due to a scheduling conflict. The notification of course came around 10pm. Less than 12 hours before the expected appointments time. I asked why and the response was that he did not see the calendar until now. I thought about this and realized there is a lack of accountability here and a growing trend of unprofessionalism I no longer wished to condone. I hope they are able to recover from whatever is the cause of this and wish them the best of luck.

After explaining my concerns to Ronny (I could see that the ceiling fan was shaking) he told me that the fan just needed to be balanced but he wasn't sure how much that would cost to do. He guaranteed that the fan was safe, however. I suspected that this was not the case, and so I called our electrician to come out. It was revealed that instead of securing the fan with a box, Ronny's man screwed the fan into a piece of wood with cabinet screws, leaving the fan in danger of falling out any time it was turned on. We are getting the problem fixed now, but I cannot recommend this company for anything electrical. I reached out to Ronny after he left to tell him of my disappointment, even asking if there was a job that he did really well that he could do so that he can try to give me better representation of his company so I can leave a better review. He told me he would have another of his technicians call me but that was over a week ago and I have not heard from them. At this point, time is up and I must review him based on the info at hand - a poor, unsafe and now expensive job indeed.

The cleaners were set to arrive between 8-9 am, they arrived at 9:25. Immediately upon entering our home, they were talking very poorly about us in Spanish, and it was clear they did not want to be there. They went into 1 bathroom and 30 minutes later I received a text from the owner stating they were being told to leave the home due to a "biohazard" condition. I asked what that meant and I was told there were cat and mice feces, and mosquitoes which meant they could not clean. I told her that that was absolutely untrue. She stated they had sent her photos, I asked to see the photos. She told me she would be done with the conversation and to take care. I am so disappointed and considering this company intentionally work with this charity to help people like myself going through cancer treatment, just to be treated so poorly. He was super professional, he did a great job overall; however, we had pet stains and odor on the area rug and it still smells. I had to drag it into my garage over night to finish drying because it was still wet 4 hours after the cleaning was done. The playroom remains wet so I have fans going to try and get the carpet to dry. It still smells a little in there but I think once dry it'll be better.
