Cleaning up after someone else is a tough job, but you couldn't tell from the experience we had…read morewith Deep Clean Houston. I was in a pinch and needed a thorough home cleaning last minute (like less than 24 hours). I went through Yelp to request estimates from multiple businesses. The majority of them weren't available on Sundays or just too pricey. I had lost hope, until I received a call from AJ with Deep Clean Houston. AJ is the owner of the establishment. From the moment he called me, he was extremely professional, courteous, polite and empathetic. He could sense my urgency to have someone clean our home quickly and he accommodated our request even though the hours I needed him were technically not working hours for his business. AJ arrived at our home punctually, had a great personality and maintained the professionalism I got over the phone. He did a walkthrough of my home with me and asked for preferences on how we wanted things cleaned, organized, etc. I was worried for him because he was about to tackle a 3300 square foot home alone, but he wasn't intimidated by it at all. After his assessment, we tried to stay out of his way to let him do his thing. The cleaning was thorough, precise and detailed even though this was only a standard cleaning. It did take him about 6 hours to finish but I knew he was trying to make a good first impression and he also was by himself. My house literally had a makeover and it was very impressive. He brought all of his own supplies and didn't need any help once he got started. If you are looking for a family owned business that prides itself on professionalism, quality work, and affordable service, look no further than Deep Clean Houston. We will definitely hire this company again! Thanks, AJ!

The amount of stress this has taken away from me to let me focus on other things has truly been worth it. Give her a try, she homeschools her two daughters and is teaching them good working ethic skills by letting them work along side of her. She is truly setting the bar for her girls by proving them you work hard and develop good working relationships and you will succeed in life. She has done it all for me and goes above any beyond by doing my bedsheets, laundry, picking up things and putting them away for me, (I have 5 dogs) and she can clean my home better than me. She has put away my clean dishes from the dishwasher without me even asking. I am proud to call her a friend of mine and love supporting her small family business.

I work from home, so I was a bit nervous that it would cause an inconvenience for me. However, Consuelo was very respectful of my space. In regards to the service, the cleaning was spectacular! I pride myself in being a clean and organized person but Consuelo put my cleaning to shame. She cleaned areas I never would've thought of cleaning and she did an amazing job at it. Every appliance was left shinning. Every wall and door was wiped. Every surface was left without a fingerprint or dust. My floor, carpet, fan, curtains, everything was cleaned, disinfected, and polished. She even cleaned the stubborn wax off my candlesticks. Amazing! Definitely will be booking again!

Update: from 5 to 3 stars. Organization and time management in regards to appointments appear to be…read morelacking greatly over the last 3 months or so. I experienced several occasions where a scheduled appointment would be changed at the eleventh hour. In January, I was notified around midnight that my cleaning for the next morning would not occur. In February, I was notified once again but my scheduled appointment was honored and he actually mentioned that he thought he was fired. Something I didn't give much thought to until March when I received a message that the appointment booked about 2 weeks in advanced would need to be changed due to a scheduling conflict. The notification of course came around 10pm. Less than 12 hours before the expected appointments time. I asked why and the response was that he did not see the calendar until now. I thought about this and realized there is a lack of accountability here and a growing trend of unprofessionalism I no longer wished to condone. I hope they are able to recover from whatever is the cause of this and wish them the best of luck.

I liked Ronny, the owner of this company, but the man he brought to install the ceiling fan in our…read morenursery did a terrible job and left a teetering ceiling fan in a room where our baby is to sleep. After explaining my concerns to Ronny (I could see that the ceiling fan was shaking) he told me that the fan just needed to be balanced but he wasn't sure how much that would cost to do. He guaranteed that the fan was safe, however. I suspected that this was not the case, and so I called our electrician to come out. It was revealed that instead of securing the fan with a box, Ronny's man screwed the fan into a piece of wood with cabinet screws, leaving the fan in danger of falling out any time it was turned on. We are getting the problem fixed now, but I cannot recommend this company for anything electrical. I reached out to Ronny after he left to tell him of my disappointment, even asking if there was a job that he did really well that he could do so that he can try to give me better representation of his company so I can leave a better review. He told me he would have another of his technicians call me but that was over a week ago and I have not heard from them. At this point, time is up and I must review him based on the info at hand - a poor, unsafe and now expensive job indeed.
