I am the only small boat on a jetski dock, Chris is ALWAYS ensuring I am satisfied with my service at Open Bay. I have never ever felt like a customer here. He truly has his marina members best interests at heart. If I even think my motor is running rough, I hardly have to mention it. All of the other marinas in the area are truly a waste of time. I strongly suggest NOT trying out your hard earned money anywhere else. This marina is owned by a stand up, /true to their word family, Open Bay Marina is a great addition to the south shore boating community. The ladies at the front desk are quite affable, very funny and super efficient. Every time I enter through the gates, I'm amazed at the incredible boats that they are either working on or selling.
