As professionals, our staff is continually updating their knowledge of current laws in tax, estate, and financial planning. Our manner could be considered very laid-back by many, but it is our way of calming clients during stressful times in their lives. Meet the Manager: Carol H.

Carol is CFO and staff Senior Accountant. She is well versed in many company structures and business operations. Carol has run small one operation businesses to tier one suppliers of the automotive industry, handling millions of dollars, and many things in between. She has worked as a waitress, a factory worker, a scheduler, and an office nobody. Carol usually handles most new client interviews, business structuring, compliance, and reviews for Romeo Accountants. Carol prepares all the business, estate, trust and non-profit tax returns and compliance filings. Carol is a degreed Accountant from Detroit College of Business & Law now known as Davenport University. Carol is an IRS AFSP Certified Tax Preparer, Notary and also a Registered Securities Representative. She is also registered at Macomb County and the State of Michigan. Carol is registered as a Pro Advisor with QuickBooks. Carol is certified as a Tax Professional from the American Institute of Tax Studies.
