I asked how much is it to wrap. He explained $2.99, I declined and bought the tape. I wrapped my packages up along with the return label that was provided to me. A young label said we would have given you a sleeve we just needed to close the package. I said well it's a kinda too late for tht. A guy comes in scans one package. Then has a hard time scanning my second package. The clerk suggests I print another label. Here's the issue. There's more ways to get the label QR CODE, type the label in manually. Why the hell would yall charge me another $3 to print the paper out when yall watched me already buy tape wrap my items and watch me wrap my labels up! Won't be going back there again! No efforts to try and help out after standing in a human chain of ppl! Do better

Despite multiple calls from the recipient asking about the second claim, no one ever called back. I also called the owner directly and left a message, but this is still not resolved. When I went in personally to ask for the owner, one of the counter employees was rude from the start instead of trying to help. This store showed poor packing practices, poor follow-up, and poor customer service. I would strongly caution others against trusting them with valuable or fragile items.
