COMPLETELY MY FAULT. But when I get there after a 4 hour drive this imbecile must've thought he got one over on me because as soon as I test drove it, you guessed it the engine had a knock. So I ran a car fax because if you can lie about a knock you can lie about anything right? The car was stollen (josh said it was another challenger on the lot) as well as many others. I sincerely hope that my review helps to get Daystar some additional business. My salesman was Mike Marshall, who is a super nice guy and great to work with. Chris the manager is fantastic and worked hard to get my financing approved with Chrysler Capital. I already finance four vehicles (three with other lenders) -- Chrysler Cap was a little shaky about me financing a fifth and wanted me to trade in a vehicle. But Chris got them to approve the financing with no trade and I am very appreciative. Service above and beyond. UPDATE (1/25/23): Picked up my new Scat Pack on my birthday, January 21st, and things went very smoothly. Chris even gave me a birthday present I did NOT expect, and it was very generous. SCAM Scheduled me…read morewrong. Had to wait in an uncomfortable waiting room with Catholic TV blaring. Finally got a ride, but then they never called to update me on delays. Kept having to call in, finally got through, was told he'd call me right back... never did. Eventually had to show up in person. The big issue was I had them check out what was making a scrunching noise once in a while. They said it was the control arm bushings. Quoted me $3,233.14 to install new assemblies on both sides.I looked it up and everyone was saying it should cost between $700-$1400 for my car - both sides, full assemblies. So I called around and the very next shop I called quoted me $800 for the same job - 4x less! BUT IT GETS WORSE... I take it to this other shop, and they bring me to the back and show me that there isn't a thing wrong with my bushings. No cracks, tears, slop, and the frame isn't sitting low or anything. The shop then demonstrated that the sound was my struts.So Jim's Auto tried to charge me 4x for a repair my van didn't even need.
