No knock on RoMarCo, I just think with homeless being at such a high rate that property management companies would be a little more sympathetic since we're all still trying to recover from Covid shutdown and in my case I'm not working in my field due to the pandemic, so by not making the income or working in my field has significantly impacted my income which also impacts my credit score, sorry but I'm a long time renter and remember a time when a credit score would not keep you from getting a place to live, sometimes in life you get dealt a bad hand and for whatever reason you have to deal with it, because a person's credit score doesn't mean they're better or worse as a individual it just reflects they're bill paying ability, it doesn't show that individual was unemployed for 2yrs and took a job during the pandemic out of they're field and been try to keep the life in prospective. Credit doesn't get repaired over night, there's a million and one homes vacant and a million homeless, we all know that at the end of the day it's about making money in the business world it's not about helping people because low fico score individuals are a risk that property management doesn't want or need! read more
