We were greeted right when we walked in. The employees seemed eager to help us find whatever we needed. We explained that we didn't really know exactly what we wanted and that we needed to look around. At that point, I'd expect to hear an, "Ok let us know if you have any questions!" which would be our cue to browse through the store. I would think that, this being an adult store, that employees would understand the importance of giving people a bit of space. I felt like the employees are clearly on commission and compete for sales since there was so much interaction and attention from them. Normally I commend good customer service but this bordered on invasive and uncomfortable. I'm from Vegas and this was definitely not my first time in an adult store. I'm comfortable with everything but high pressure sales can get really annoying at any store not just this type of shop.

Most of her business is women who have lost a breast or breast as one of the 1st questions she asked me was who was my insurance provider. I was just there to find a bra with a larger than DDD cup. Although there is seating in the front of the store and a few bathing suits on display, most of the bra's are in boxes around the store. Don't go there thinking you're going to walk through displays. Not gonna happen. This is a business where you are taken to the one dressing room, door closed and your measured. Clerk goes out to see what they have brings a few back and you try them on with the clerks help. All the clerks have years of training and certificates to show that training. I bought all my bras here until about 8 years ago when the manufacturer of the bra they had that fit me quit making them. So, I've been struggling with a few shops available in OKC. I thought that since I hadn't gotten any mailings from Bosom Friend that they closed. On a whim, I called and they're still open. I was able to get an appointment for the next day. They are open 6 days a week, 9-5 on weekdays and shorter hours on Saturday. I didn't get a look at Saturday's hours. They have a web page, facebook and Twitter. If you need a bra or insert or hard to fit, give them a try. The owner told me that she has actually put darts in the bra band so it would fit a customer. I have lost 50 pounds and I'm between bra/cup sizes, but I feel that I got a bit more personal fit and knowledgeable advice. I'll for sure come back. I will probably have to get some ordered but she said she has orders ready to send all the time.

It did nothing.....the suction cup fall off after fighting to try and put it on several times to no avail, I call back up to the store and report it as faulty at 9:05 and was told there was nothing they could do about it. I needed to contact the manufacturer. I then drive back up there to prove the didn't work. She tried it out and they didn't work for her either l. So now she says, the vibrator part works so therefore she can't help me. I then ask for the corporate number and was told it is against store policy to give out that number also. I also was NOT trying to get a refund just wanted to exchange and use store credit. Extremely disappointing and frustrating visit to this store. Wow wow wow wow WOW!! I walked into the studio so insecure! Ashley and Rachel greeted me and…read moreinstantly started calming my nerves and hyping me up for my shoot. I was 8 months pregnant and they offered me snacks and water while I was getting my hair and make up done by Ashlee Medina. While Ashlee was fixing my hair and face, Rachel and Ashley were finishing up with another client, both they both would come back and check on me periodically. Ashley was chatting with me, calming my nerves and keeping me distracted by talking about her wedding in California. Once my hair and makeup were done, I got changed into my first outfit I brought. They came in and we got started. I was so worried about not knowing how to pose or how to look "sexy" but Ashley and Rachel showed me just how to pose, and even accommodated it because of my pregnancy. Once I had used all the outfits I brought, they showed me their "client closet" stocked full of lingerie, shoes, jewelry and tulle for the clients to choose from. After picking out a couple of piece m, we got back to shooting. My final part of the shoot was a milk bath. They had me wrapped up in green tulle and lay in the tub, and that had this beautiful bouquet of flowers they places around me and took amazing pictures. When I was done and cleaned off, they gave me a little goodie bag. About a week and a half later, I got a text scheduling a time for me to come in and choose my product and pay. I got the 8x8 album with 20 pictures, and set up a payment plan to pay on the 1st and 15th of every month until paid off. I went today to pick up my album and it was wrapped in tissue paper, placed in a box, wrapped in bubble wrap, and in a nice tote. I opened my album and I was STUNNED! I had no idea how these ladies could turn an 8 month pregnant lady into something as hot and sexy as they did. I loved my experience so much that I decided to book another photoshoot now that I'm no longer pregnant, and I couldn't be more excited!! Clean, tidy, and great display creativity. Customer service was also incredible. Katie and I believe the other girls name was Shannon or Sheridan (something like that), they were amazing immediately helping me find great products and were super helpful and kind. The manager Jamie is an absolute sweetheart who despite having recent health issues has turned this store completely around. She was also extremely kind and helpful and you can tell all of those women care about their job and are having fun doing it. If I could give more stars I would. Great work guys.
