He responded and said he could make it to my house on Thursday to provide a quote, but unfortunately I was unavailable having a long commute. He said I could send pictures and get a ballpark quote before walking the job. I sent them and asked if he could make Friday (today) since I telecommute. I've sent several emails and Yelp messages to schedule something or hear back with his ballpark and received not a single response. I'm OK with someone saying they can't, or have no desire to do a job, but at least have the courtesy to respond. That's reflects a lack of professionalism and is a warning that I should not likely pursue it further. So, I won't. UPDATE 6/15/19 Leo, I understand you having gotten ill and am sorry for that. Unfortunately, hearing not a word, I have moved on already. My only suggestion is that when you are off work sick or vacationing you might have someone monitoring Yelp and your email, or at minimum set up your email to auto reply why you are out. That's what I and many others do so people don't think they are being ignored and you inadvertently lose business or are perceived as making excuses. Take care, sorry it didn't work out.

The crew broke one irrigation line and wouldn't reply to numerous messages or fix it. Our front yard is dead from lack of water and irrigation issues but they never bothered mentioning issues or making suggestions. My step son "stepped" on an irrigation valve which cracked a pipe underground that was connected to…read morethe main water line and it started flooding. I quickly shut off the main valve, dug a hole to find the pipe and stopped it from leaking. The repair was beyond my scope so I called in the professionals. With no water running in the house my wife who had just gotten home from working out couldn't shower and my mother-in-law came home from church and had to pee. So it was kind of an emergency fix. I called Sosa and Sons and spoke with Uriel and explained the situation. I took a picture of the broken pipe and sent it to him. He immediately knew what had to be done and understood the importance of fixing it asap. Uriel and his dad came out on a Saturday while they were on another job one hour away. They knew their stuff. They were prepared. Not only did they fix it, they improved it by moving the valves closer to the house out of the pathway to the garbage bins. They were professional and very personable. I liked Uriel and his dad. Very nice people. I can't recommend them highly enough. They do quality work.
