When I met the dentist, he said he would build a bridge, and there was no need for implants. He claims that they guarantee their work for five years. After a month or so, the bridge brooked when I called back. They told me the dentist who gives missed information is not working here. The person who built the bridge denied he made this bridge. They charged me again for 2000 dollars, but they had a new dentist within one month and completely denied what they had claimed before. I will take them to court for misleading information.

I have known Pete over 20 years as a patient and a friend. Which is why it pains me so to write this review. I feel compelled to warn others regarding Pete Ceravolo and his declining ability. I have had at least four root canals with Pete and it is the experience regarding my last root canal which went horribly wrong. Pete is declining and must have early onset brain problems. He told me my visit would be completed in two visits (after the initial consult) and he "wrapped everything up in one" I asked him about the warning he gave me of the need for two visits and I even paid two visits worth of nitrous. The tooth was not sealed properly and when I returned to him in pain he told me to go see an oral surgeon. I asked him to show me where on the X-rays he said I had a problem and he could not even look at me while he proceeded to lie to my face. I used to hang out with Pete up on his 300 acre farm where he used to boast about his prowess in "Drilling, Filling and Billing!" I should have taken that as a warning sign and stopped using him. He is available at a moments notice which certainly does not speak much of the demand for his services. His office is always empty waiting for his next prey. The employee list on the wall is a decade old and the only thing Pete cares about is money. What a shame.

His examination of me, testing and taking time to "listen" to my issues helped him & me reach the conclusion I would require (2) root canals...[side by side]. The evidence was overwhelming. He suited up and prepared for thr procedures right then and being a subject in my 60's, I have had several root canals...[I got ready]. The way this man worked on me was as if he were an artist. He was very gentle, very kind and the most important thing in his life at thiat time was "me". He handled the procedure(s) painlessly and with such finesse, it felt as if I was having minor dental work done. He measured, analized and checked and double checked every move he made and to me was extremely professional. Upon completion, I went home and took [antibiotic, Tylenol and Advil ] and was PAIN FREE. It is now 13.5 hrs later and I am totally "PAIN FREE". I want to thank Dr. Joe and his assistant for one of the most enjoyable medical treatments I have ever had...
