If a place can maintain business for that long I figured I'd give it a try. It's simple, you go in drop off your pieces and you'll be asked when you need them by, assuming what you're dropping off is for an upcoming engagement. I told the attendant who I assume to be "Lee" that I didn't have a time. So he told me five days. When I returned the sweaters were folded nicely and wrapped up ready to go. It came out to be about $6.50 a piece. From what I understand the going rate for sweaters in dry cleaning is $4-$9 so I think it's a fair price and was done well. If I need any other dry cleaning I'll consider Lee's and would recommend.

Unfortunately the management had changed by the time I was able to pick them up and the new team told me that all "unmarked" items were THROWN AWAY. No apologies and no compensation were offered. Ayokari Fashions was incredible. I had bought a dress off of the internet that I wanted to get…read morealtered because I wanted it to be more modest. I appreciated that Atecia listened to every concern I had. Through the process of trying to pin where the alterations would go, she would consistently check in with me to see if the fitting was too tight or loose, whether I would like more coverage, and how I would like the design to be. I appreciated the time she took to hear ALL of my concerns -- I never felt rushed and I always felt respected by her. This is in contrast to other alterations places I had called (they all tried to rush me and make me commit to things I didn't feel comfortable with). In the end, she turned a strapless dress into a beautiful, long-sleeve dress that people kept commenting on as we did our wedding photoshoot. I had no idea that it was possible to do as much as she did through alterations. For example, I had bought the wrong colored bolero -- my dress was a bright white, but the bolero was an ivory color. She worked MAGIC to fix it, as you can tell from the pictures. She hand-made another bolero for me and made it seem like the bolero was always part of the dress. I was SO pleased with all her hard work. Another important and great part of doing business with Atecia is that she works very quickly -- she knows exactly what to do, and her turnaround rate is very quick. It was a busy wedding season in August but she was always so calm and patient, even when I had last-minute requests. I had to do some one-week-before-the-wedding alterations and she was very accommodating. She finished the work within two days and I was seriously wow-ed. I've attached pictures to this review of what the dress looked like before (online picture) and after. Thank you so much, Atecia!!

We drop off at the front desk, they pick up on specific days and bring it back on specific days. Pricing-wise, they are much more affordable than most. Their cleaning is pretty good, not the best I have seen, but certainly the best for their price point. I will be using them moving forward.
